I've stayed at a dozen Best Western hotels and this one has the best breakfast options I've ever seen. Extra options in every section of the breakfast. Amazing service too, friendly faces everywhere. If I ever need to stay in Indio again I will certainly come back. Thank you so much for the care during my stay.

Road trip with my husband stopped at this hotel. Stayed a couple of nights could not have been happier. The staff was exceptional general manager Aaron was superb ready to help in any way he can. We will definitely be back clean rooms, pool open all night and Aaron always popping up somewhere to see if everything was ok. Love this hotel.

Great hot breakfast and breakfast hours! Nice pool and hot tub. Nice to have a washer and dryer 😊 comfy bed and a roomy shower. The water pressure could be stronger.

A massive thank you to Aaron Segal, the general manager, for his unwavering commitment to excellence. It’s clear that he takes great pride in ensuring that every guest’s experience is nothing short of exceptional. His attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly demeanor make a world of difference. He truly sets the standard for outstanding customer service.

I also have to give huge appreciation to Esmeralda and Jessica—two absolute rock stars! Their kindness, efficiency, and dedication never go unnoticed. No matter the request, they handle everything with a smile and go above and beyond to make guests feel valued and taken care of. Whether it's making check-in a breeze, offering great local recommendations, or simply brightening the day with their positivity, they always make the experience better.

10/4-10/6 Great front desk service (older gentlemen and older Lady). Room are clean and well organized. The breakfast area is a surprise 😮 I have never seen such a well stocked bf area in a hotel the variety is amazing. This became my favorite place to stay when in Indio. The pool 24/7 awesome 👌 at night.
Oh and I'm Pretty sure. It's rv friendly and eighteen wheeler friendly.

Liz at the front desk was absolutely fabulous. I hope the owners know what a gem they have with her. Room was in great condition and very comfortable. At such an affordable rate you can't go wrong.

Stayed here for a triathlon race in the area. Room was nice and clean, easy to get to from the freeway and breakfast was on point. I was able to do a twitch livestream from the hotel room with good wifi connection.

"Another perfect stay"

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staffs is amazing.. Especially Ms.Elizabeth Jones.. Always putting customers above and beyond.. the
professionalism with the most positive attitude ever.. now thats what puts a smile on my face every time.. not to mention the young man named Jonathan Rodriguez as well when these 2 work together its like 2 peas in a pod with sunshine of brightness.. always accommodating
me to the best possible due to my ADA.. excellent customer service.. the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate.
In past years I have stayed at different hotel's and nothing beats this hotel.
Now I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere other than date tree hotel best western..
The only thing that needs improvement, in my opinion, is the breakfast time due to our work hours other than that..5 stars thank you Elizabeth Jones and Jonathan Rodriguez for always providing excellent customer service and being there for your customers you are appreciated..
