Substandard breakfast ruined my stay experience. Even had the breakfast area been fully stocked, the offerings were meager and inadequate to be considered an “amenity“. There was a full hour left to go during breakfast hours, yet over half of the offerings were completely depleted, there was a pancake machine but no syrup or anything to put on the pancakes, This is just a couple of examples. I think you should either upgrade your breakfast substantially, or get rid of it all together. On a positive note, the room was clean, the staff was friendly and engaging, it wouldn’t take a lot more time and investment to make the overall experience thereextremely good.

Stayed here on March 2, 2025, in room 101. The internet was not good at all. The cable was very basic cable, which wasn't good at all. And the remote was busted up. You had to hold the top of the remote close to use it. So when checking in, the front desk lady was very distant. We stood at the counter, and she just sat there. She didn't stand up. She didn't greet us. She acted like we were interrupting her music. She tapped her earbuds to pause her music and just said "yeah". Like she doesn't have any customer service skills. Or even just basic manners. I gave her my ID in her hand because I made the effort to reach over to her. But she just put my ID on the counter. She didn't let me know she put it down. When she was done with it, she just put it up there. Im standing right in front of her. She could have at least given me the courtesy to say "here's your ID" so I could reach over the computer to get it from her hands. I felt like she was rude, unprofessional, and lazy. Then, when we got to the room, it was clean. But there was a pizza box sitting on top of the trash can. So we couldn't put together why there was a pizza box left in a clean room. It made no sense. Neither trash can had the bag open in them. Just the bag laid over the side. I dont think the guest should have to open and dress the trash cans. The breakfast hours are too short. 6:30-8:30. Every hotel that I have stayed at, the hours are 6:30-9:30. Except for the weekends. This includes at other Best Western Hotels I have stayed at in Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, & Georgia. Besides that, the hotel was very clean and neat. The pool area looked clean. However, I did not visit it. The internet was not good at all. About 9:30am housekeeping came knocking on the door. They should know what rooms need cleaning from early check-outs or from the previous day and what rooms are checking out for the day. Check-out is 11am and housekeeping should not be knocking on the door. It feels like she rushing for us to leave. When I checked out the lady up front did communicate to us to wish us a safe travel. So that was nice. But the encounter from checking in did leave a bad taste in our mouth that set the tone to any interaction from the hotel staff. But it was quiet and peaceful. There was an indoor pool, but I did not use it. So I still think the hotel deserves a 4 out of 5 stars.

Clean and comfy. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations! We stayed 1 night while traveling through the area. It was close to the highway across from a gas station. We would definitely stay again. We would definitely recommend to a friend or loved one

Not much to say, worst part was that breakfast was only 2 hours long, 7am to 9am. Roooms were clean,average pool, average everything except breakfast.

After multiple stays, these folks consistently demonstrate the best customer service at any hotel I’ve been to in years!

Super friendly, down-to-earth staff. Multiple employees recently went out of their way to help locate and return an expensive item I lost there months earlier.

Wife & I stayed one night on a road trip. Room was clean and well-lit, smelled great (no smell at all), shower hot and good pressure. No complaints. It's a great stop and a block from I-72.

Upon entering there are no automatic doors to open so if you have more than one piece of luggage or are handicapped you will have to deal with the door issue. In the shower you get body wash and shampoo, no conditioner. Forget about any body lotion. Breakfast area is very small with few tables and service stops at 8:30. Breakfast is adequate but juice dispenser is very, very slow and then leaks all over the floor. Tea choices are Sleepy Time (although it’s breakfast and not bedtime) and herbal cranberry. If you want to use their computer know that it is in the very open lobby area where everyone has to walk past. Things are clean and if you’re just spending a night it will suffice but I won’t be back.

Extremely limited breakfast options and hours. Otherwise, this hotel meets BW standards. We had 8 people in our party on vacation. Not one of us utilized the breakfast as they shut it down at 8:30. Feel like we paid for something and then got ripped off. This location not suitable if you are on vacation.
