Very noisy. Car alarms going off. Plus, a security light was right outside our window so the brightness all night was not
good. It's right off the freeway which is convenient. The rooms are clean. Have amenities. Maybe we just had the wrong room and wrong night. We have friends who use this location all the time.

If I could put zero stars, I would. We recently booked a hotel stay for a resident of ours through our property management company, and per the hotel's policy, we provided the hotel with a credit card authorization form to take care of the room and tax for a specific set of dates. Without our knowledge or consent, the resident extended their hotel stay beyond the authorized dates and the hotel charged us for it without being authorized to.

After I called and spoke with the Front Desk Manager about the situation, he stated "well we were told by the guest that you would be calling us to authorize the extension of the hotel stay." Well, guess what? That never happened because it was never authorized. We were never informed that a request was made to extend the hotel stay and we were never asked to provide an updated authorization form. If the guest wanted to extend their stay, the hotel should have asked them to provide their own personal card.

Despite the hotel requiring credit card authorization forms that identify specific dates of payment to pay for someone else's stay, they directly violated their own policy by allowing this to happen.

When I asked this Front Desk Manager to refund the unauthorized charges, I was told that it was not possible, and I would have to speak with the General Manager about the situation. When I asked him to provide me with the General Manager's contact information, he provided me with the general hotel phone line. He did not give me a name, email, or direct line to speak with the necessary person to remove these unauthorized charges.

I am absolutely appalled by the violation of their own policy, charging us without being authorized, and then refusing to do anything to resolve the issue.

The customer service here is phenomenal! Great clean rooms, and excellent breakfast. Angel at the front desk has superior customer service skills and always ensures my stay is great. I highly recommend this Best Western because of the high quality service I receive from Angel.

Receptionist at front desk with glasses and a bushy grey mustache and on the bigger side body wise was very disrespect towards my family and I, when we were checking into the hotel. He basically threw the paper to our faces when he was giving it to us. Very disrespectful and nasty attitude. I don’t recommend to future visitors or those who may consider coming to stay at this hotel. Their elevator permit has expired. Not safe at all. So stay safe people.

Great for a one night stop if you're going to see a concert at the Amphitheatre. Comfy bed/room, but I wouldn't step foot in that shower or stay for more than one night.
The breakfast was great and the people are really nice. There's plenty of parking.

⚠️ Do not book this through Expedia. They will not give you a refund/allow you to switch rooms if you’re placed in a room right next in front of the ice machine which is somehow being used ALL night and is extremely loud. Thin walls and interior is deceiving. Place is fine if you’re on a budget but look to see if you’re placed in front of the ice machine/elevator and if so leave asap.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly and was knowledgeable about the venue we were going to for a concert nearby. However, it is difficult to get in and out of the hotel because of its location and there were no extra blankets in the room. Other than that we had a nice stay!

Great location for attending a concert at North Island Credit Union Amphitheater. Uber ride was short getting there and we walked back to the hotel along Main Street after the show to avoid crowds. Sidewalks all the way and In N Out was still open at 1 am so we had a bite to eat.
