Room was spotless! Very comfy bed with fresh bedding made for a great night's sleep. The room looked newly updated too - fresh paint & fixtures
- all in good working order.
Customer service was excellent & immediate! Everyone was so polite & friendly. Check in/out was a breeze.
Breakfast was yummy; a good selection - all hot & fresh. The gentleman attending kept a good watch to be sure options were quickly restocked & available (with a smile I might add).
This location is very convenient and easily accessible. Several options for food were within easy walking distance. And there's a gas station/convenience location right next door.
It was a great stay!

When arriving to this hotel I was impressed with how clean the parking lot and front area were. I was also impressed with how well lit the parking area and stairwell was. The room was a king room and it was exceptionally clean. Everything in the room was in excellent condition. They have double window shades on the windows to keep out all light which also helps keep the room exceptionally cooler.

My wife and I returned to the Best Western after returning to Andalusia for another funeral. The hotel is relatively convenient and is pretty clean. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were good, not outstanding. The price was ok, the breakfast good. We would likely stay here again, but it would remain an average stay. Nothing really negative, but nothing outstanding.

The stay was pretty good. The room was old but clean. Over half of the outlets didn't work, the bathroom was tiny and the paint was peeling several places. Breakfast was very basic but was out of apple juice and orange juice. The lady was having trouble doing the front desk and the kitchen by herself, partially because she was on the phone with her boyfriend the whole time. The hotel was fair overall.

The room was spotless and looked to be newly remodeled. The best room I've ever stayed in. It also had window blinds that blocked out all of the light outside. Very nice well taken care of hotel.

Whitney that works the front dest is always so nice. All of the staff is very accommodating. The rooms are always clean and you could not ask for nicer folks.

Ok hotel. Morning Manager seems uptight, i think he was the manager..Other than that, just ok. Has morning breakfast, no laundry on site, quiet....itsme itsme
