Ok so the people that work there are a little suspicious of everyone but there good people. The rooms were filthy. The maid cleaned the rooms while 🚬. There was a 💉 in the drawer. The toilet didn't work every other day the whole two weeks . its the cheapest and at the time the only available place. I didn't mind most of it but for the price I paid out was terrible. The Chinese men were very kind and if I needed anything they got it to me asap. So if your an adult with no kids I say go ahead

I’ve stayed here several times. Very few outlets in the room, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast. Though rooms are spacious and the mini fridge is a nice touch. Ultimately, this is just a less ghetto Motel 6. They’re a no-frills hotel charging full-service hotel prices. For the $134/night we paid, you could get a comparable chain hotel with Wi-Fi, ample outlets, non-smoking rooms that don’t still smell like smoke, and even breakfast in some cases. This place is safe, decently clean, and cosmetically okay despite being an obviously old property. But the value for money isn’t there. They should be charging $80 MAX a night. At current rates, just drive further down the road and stay at Quality Inn.

My Husband and I have stayed here twice, already.And I can definitely say that, this place is ridiculously over priced. Yes. it is filthy. the stairwells smell like a men's urinal. there's used condoms and other gross items in. and on stairwells. And yes Graffiti is everywhere.And for how the rooms look, and the lack of cleanliness in them.The EXTREME LACK of amenities in rooms. No Coffee pot, No Iron. The Towels are extremely scratchy and very harsh on your skin. and there's only 2 small bath towels. and 1 washcloth. All the coverings for Bed smell from not being cleaned. sheets are dirty. No Bath soaps of any kind. No refrigerator.. Feet get extremely Black from dirty carpet. there are no pictures of any kind on wall's. But the rooms have a "free" 24 hour Porn station for your viewing.(Isnt that special.?)
Not a very clean place by any means to stay at. And the room prices are WAY TOO MUCH!!. maybe charge $10.00 a night,for the way it is.. VERY Unsanitary,and unhealthy.The Health Department would have a field day at this place. Shame on the people who run it for not taking care of it properly. That's very Bad Customer service.

We HAD no where to stay on a Saturday night we called about 40 motels and hotels if not more! Everything was booked. (Our previos reservation was cancelled to an Airbnb nearby because it was not what we had imagined through the pics) anyways…. We initially needed to stay in Anaheim near Disneyland. OMG! no where to stay! We were so stressed out and with 2 kids an infant and a toddler we stayed looking for a place for about 5 hours we ended up finding a place at almost 11pm! Anywho Best Star Inn helped us out sooo much! It was the last resort! We had NO CHOICE we had to take it. Welllllll…. Yes it’s dirty, the bathrooms were the worst, the bath tub looked nasty. The beds had small broken glass particles on it the sheets were stained. The walls had like splattered blood on it and other things. Although we were thankful to find a place to sleep. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here specially with children. The man in the office was very kind but the rooms are dirty and they smell.. I’m only giving it a 1 star because of the man in the office was so kind other than that no stars would suffice.

Visiting a friend so I wasn't staying at the place but was told that the reputation here is that the management just doesn't call the police EVER no matter what. So it's sort of a Wild West hotel. The room was a typical hotel room. Lots of unsavory characters lurking around. The room seemed awfully expensive for what you get. I guess maybe not if you're looking for a an expensive so so room with scary folks walking around and look the other way management

This place was dirty and discussing. The bathroom floor was filthy and the shower curtain looks like it hadn't been changed in a long time. The mattress was gross. There were roaches in the bathroom too. Will never go back.

Not bad, not so good either, a little torn down due to age. Was $80 for the night, +$5 deposit. Not exactly cheap but hey, front desk is nice. Plenty of parking. Newish TV's can hook up HDMI devices.

The worst hotel ever. The bed was wobbling and tipping over, the sheets and the conforter was ripped and cigarette hole, the walls had gross stuff on them and the wasn't even finished, the carpets were another story and another thing if you have kids becareful the gross channel is right after kids nick channel.
