We were short $20 for the day and the owner that we would have it the next morning when the bank opened he said that was fine my husband went to leave the next morning to go get the money that we owed for the day before and then enough money to pay for a week and he was a few minutes past 11 and the owner came to my room and told me I to exit the room without my belongings and give him the key until my husband is came back to pay. Mind you it was 90 degrees outside and I have health issues can't be out in the heat to long. Anyways my husband came back with the money to pay and the owner wouldn't even take our money told us we had to get our things out of the room and leave the property. I hate when you aren't a person of your word that you go back on the fact that you tell someone they would be ok to be a little late getting there with the money and then you kick them out with no where to go. Moral of the story is don't go there and we had been there for almost 3 months with no problems at all. Besides that the owner tacks on a $20 late fee the longer it takes you to get him the money you owe him. That place is a joke it was good and quiet at first then all this happened. I don't recommend going there to stay

What you expect, it's cheap and not raining on you... Or maybe it is and that's how you like it?... Either way, it's better than being outside where strangers stare in protest...cause god forbid you protest looking away. That about sums up my night with and without this place. Indecent exposure charges get expensive, way more expensive than a room here.... Js'ing 💯

This establishment doesn't have the best service. The people that own the place or kind of rude and don't care about how they treat you because they think everyone that comes in and out are probably on drugs. It's one of the cheapest hotels in Springfield because of that fact that the rooms aren't that nice or kind of ran down and old and need to be remodeled and it's just not what I would recommend to anyone come to Springfield to visit. But if you don't have much money and you have to stay at a cheaper Hotel this would wanted this is one of the places you would need to go

Pick your poison bed bugs, roaches, or crackheads plus black mold in the bathroom if room 121. Plus you don't get your key deposit back.

Day one: Good clean cheap motel. Day two: now I'm in different room and have spotted bed bugs. I take it down from 4 stars to 2 stars. Just bc its fairley clean and cheap. Flat screen tv micro/fridge. Ok. Day 3. I give it one star. Bed bed infestation. Room 124. Time to check out. And spray and wash all my belongings.
