What happened to Bergamos? Just had the most frustrating “spa” day. First I show up with plenty of time to settle in for my massage and sand immersion table experience only to be standing in a line while the only girl working the front desk chats on the phone about what services they offer while 3 people wait to be checked in. Finally, someone from the back comes to check me in and takes me to the locker room and gives me a locker and robe then leaves. Once in the changing room, I realize the robe is a size small. I am not a size small. However, I have to make it work or I will miss my massage because of the extremely long wait at the beginning. I pop out trying to ask for a new robe but there is nobody to be found anywhere. I go upstairs and have my massage and finally get my robe changed to an appropriate size and wait for my sand immersion experience only to then be told the table is broken, but that she would see what else could be done in exchange for that experience. I mentioned that if I had known the table was broken I would have done a longer massage and she says that maybe she could squeeze in a 30 minute massage and would be back. 30 minutes later a different “manager” comes back and says she’s sorry but does absolutely nothing but talk in circles about how she’s sorry about the table and says she will add a salt cave experience on to my day complimentary but that there is someone using the cave now so I can’t use it today but next time. I tell her that I don’t live here and am just visiting to use a gift card, so she says she will see what she can do. She comes back again 35 minutes later to say she’s so sorry there’s nothing she can do. As I walk by the salt cave to leave I see all the chairs in salt cave are empty and she lied about it being in use. They completely wasted 2 and a half hours of my day waiting for them to either fix this sand table or do something to make up for it being broken and they did nothing. However, while waiting in their “relaxation” room I got to see how dirty this place was. There were stains on the floors and walls from old food or drinks that they chose to not properly clean up. It makes me wonder how clean the massage rooms, showers, and hot tub are. I need another massage to relieve the tension caused by the horrible customer service given by Bergamos and their management team that is completely useless.

I had THE most disappointing experience at Beragamos Spa with both a receptionist and hairstylist Lindsay.

Lindsay raved on about her hairstylist experience and an extremely busy schedule even though she had been employed there for a couple months. I specifically asked her for flowing, long layers, but instead, she gave me bluntly chopped hair that won’t style no matter what I do! I mentioned that I didn't want to lose too much length but now it’s completely ruined. The only way to fix it may be to cut at least 6 inches off!

When I left the salon, I didn’t notice how bad it was because Lindsay offered to “style” my hair with a curling iron and some spray stuff that held the curl for a day. It hid the disaster until the next shampoo, when I saw the uneven, choppy mess she left me with. I had to leave town for Christmas holidays, so I had no time to schedule an appointment to fix it. I called the spa when I was back home but they told me Lindsay was no longer working there.

I really wanted to like this place since it’s so close to home, but it seems like they can’t keep employees for long. I should have trusted my gut when I walked in and was greeted by their receptionist—an overweight young woman with a bad attitude. The whole “fancy” and "busy" vibe they're trying to pull off is just fake. Funny thing, the spa was like a ghost town the Thursday I walked in to book my appointment and when I showed up for service the next day, Friday.

I thought this was a high-end spa because the parking lot is often packed, but now I realize it’s mostly employees and people stopping by to eat and drink wine at the bistro. LOL. What a joke. After my experience, there’s no way I’d trust or recommended this place to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else!

When I was booked with Lindsey I was NOT told about Lindsey being new. I trusted Bergamos. I left with DARK hair. I’ve washed my hair several times and this horrible toner is NOT lifting (I was told it would come out in a few washes) there’s black roots stripes and dots she’s missed completely.
We discussed blonde “platinum”. I showed her my hair before. When I sat into the chair after the bleach and toner was washed off my hair was BROWN, I told her “I’m scared! My hair has NEVER been this DARK” she didn’t offer to rinse off the toner with the clarifying treatment to reverse this toner. If you’re blonde don’t see her! She gave me a color I DIDN’T ask for! It’s DARK! POOR bleach application! Now I have to spend more free time at another salon to CORRECT this hair disaster!

My experience with the front desk, Crystal was very pleasant, she was very helpful. The spa has a nice ambiance, the dry sauna and whirlpool were very relaxing. My provider Summer did give me a very relaxing massage. I do think that the price is reasonable, for the service and amenities. The providers would walk out and announce the guests name, which is a petty concern, but took me off guard when I was trying to relax in their lounge area & my provider’s name tag was upside down, which I just felt was unprofessional. I think that this great spa if you’re wanting to host a party or have a girls day, but I wouldn’t return for just a solo spa day.

I enjoyed a full day at Bergamos. As a recommendation, Siri is phenomenal with massages. Selena is excellent with facials and Maria is the the best at the body scrubs and pedicures. Thanks for making my day special ladies. Lastly, do not miss out on a moment in the salt room. I will be back!!

Luxury spa prices, but mediocre spa ambience. From the stained sofas in the lounge area, rundown flooring in the dry sauna, perpetually closed, wet steam room, this is no longer an uplifting experience. The stench in the Massage area a few months ago was the straw that broke the camels back. When I notified the front desk staff on my way, she said they were aware and it was because of a sewer issue. But why keep the Spa running and charge over $250 a Massage when they know there is a stench?! The massage was very good however, therefore the 2 stars.

If you are looking for a great place to relax, this is it.
Open daily with coffee shop, breakfast and lunch healthy menu and happy hour in the afternoons.
I went on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed a deep tissue massage 50 minutes of pure relaxation.
They have a spa that you can use after the massage but it was not working.
The large shower has a rain shower head and a good quality shampoo and conditioner
I would have given a five star but not having the spa was a bit disappointing, I look forward to it after a good stressful week. Other than that it was fantastic!
If you want a good female misuse ask four Glo.

This place was great! My daughter and I enjoyed our spa day very much but I must share what impressed me the most. I had carelessly left a very valuable necklace that my grandmother had worn and gave to me before she passed away. I stuck it in my robe pocket and completely forgot it. Later that evening I was devastated to realize what I had done! I emailed and msg on IG to ask that they please look for my necklace. The next morning the sweet staff ladies had it packaged and at the front desk for me. Honesty at its finest!
