I bought a groupon for a Brazilian wax, the lady May called to cancel my appointment every other day about 3-4 times.. I finally get to go in, and she seems annoyed about something, doesn’t greet me. She takes me to the back and there was legit hair on the wall. I wish I took a picture. She did not prep me for my wax, did not cleanse me, or powder/oil me. Just went straight in with really hot wax. It was painful which means she was doing it wrong, she was double dipping in the wax pot (extremely unsanitary, can report to state board of cosmetology for that), and she didn't even even get all of the hairs. Then told me a Brazilian does not include the back side, which, yes it does. She left me slightly hairy, in pain, and worried about whether or not I would get an infection from her lack of sanitation.

I go here all the time and I love it! The staff is very friendly and I've never been disappointed with my gel manicures. I work in a restaurant and am at home with my girls in the day, so I am using my hands quite a bit! All the cleaning I do, washing my hands constantly, my manicure doesn't even chip until about 10 days. By 2 weeks I am definitely in need of a new manicure! Now, if you are someone who isn't getting dirty with your hands your manicures are bound to last longer than mine. A gel mani for $30 every 2 weeks? Sure! Even if I am having a not-so-pretty day, at least I know my nails are looking good. <3

Worst experience ever! The business never answers their phone. I made an appointment for today at 7pm. I called and left a message with my Groupon voucher number, and asked for a call back to confirm. I never received a call back. I called both today and yesterday trying to confirm my appointment to no avail.
I decide to walk to the establishment 2 hours before my scheduled appointment to confirm my appointment in person.

The owner was sitting there getting her nails done. She was the most rude woman ever! I can’t believe her level of unprofessionalism. I was completely shocked. She claimed that I didn’t have an appointment. I told her I made it with another woman who answered the phone. She stated that because I didn’t speak with her directly that my appointment was never recorded, despite the fact the woman scheduled the appointment with me verbally over the phone. She told me that the next available appointment is December 12, 2018. That’s over a month from now I told her. She could not have cared less.

Terrible customer service. She admittedly ignores answering the phone when she is getting her nails done.

Unbelievable!

Please don’t waste your time or your money at this shabby unprofessional establishment. I wish I had read the existing reviews prior to booking my appointment in the first place.

I bought a Groupon deal for the hot oil hydration manicure and pedicure which was valued at $60. The lady boss was very friendly but the technician who did my nails was kind of grumpy and not very helpful. The service was alright, I was expecting more for the price.

I bought a Groupon deal to use for a hot oil hydration manicure and pedicure. I also bought a callous treatment. The manicure and pedicure were ok. I expected more for a service that valued at $60. One of my nails started chipping the next day and my toe nails were cut extremely short that I felt uncomfortable wearing open toe shoes. I did however really like the callous treatment. The spa is nice and is very clean but I most likely will not come back.

I found this place through Groupon and I'm glad I did. My first time here to get a Brazilian wax and May made me feel comfortable. She has the most adorable guard dog and I plan on visiting her again.

I made an appointment there and someone called me and left me a voice mail saying that she got a message from me saying that I wanted to cance lol my appointment which I never did. So I called back to tell her that it wasn’t me and she told me that she just assumed it was me so she canceled my appointment and that I needed to to make a new one. And I told her that I shouldn’t have to make a new appointment when I never canceled it and that it was unprofessional of her to just cancel my appointment with out confirming that it was me or not. Then she told me to just contact Groupon and get my money back because she doesn’t want to do any services with me. She told me she was the owner she was so UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

I bought the Groupon facial which was okay sort of. I left with my face feeling nice and tight. However...
1) My skin was oily with whatever it is she put on me. It felt and looked gross and greasy.
2) My hair was completely tangled from the weak and completely unnecessary head massage. No joke, my head was a big knotted clump. I went for a facial, not a creepy weak scalp rub. I couldn't brush it out with the small travel brush I have in my purse, so instead of running my errands, I had to go home, wet and condition my hair to brush it out. And I ended up loosing a huge clump in the process.
3) The girl had awful breath and her face was VERY close
4) Both ladies working were not presentable looking considering they were working at a day spa. They looked messy with bad make up and hair.
