We were so impressed from the moment we arrived at Belle Vie. The venue itself is beautiful and spacious. It has amazing views and a perfect canvas which offers the opportunity for various event layouts so you can personalize your event to make it exactly how you envision. Mara's expertise, professionalism and ability to coordinate all the tasks that need to be done in planning a wedding are exceedingly above and beyond par. She did so much to make the day perfect--including handling my dad's particular requests and preparing an array of snacks, water and bubbly for me and my girls getting ready. Additionally, we are so appreciative for her being there for us when we had our prior booked wedding venue cancel on us. We are blessed to have found Mara and Belle Vie--and our wedding was so much more than we imagined it would be because of it.

We cannot thank Mara and her team at Belle Vie Vineyard enough for everything they did to make our wedding happen! We had originally planned for our wedding to take place in Yosemite, but due to the fires, we had to change our plans just two days before. After speaking with Mara on the phone, we hopped in the car with all our family that just flew in for our wedding to check out this venue. Mara helped keep us calm and assured us everything would work out - she was so right! We went from having almost no plans to having almost everything figured out within a few hours because of her help. She has many connections in the industry and was able to help us pull things together last minute.

The day of our wedding was so perfect! We only had around 50 guests and even though the venue is big enough to accommodate more than that, our set up did not make it seem like it was too big. There are multiple spots on the property to have your ceremony. We chose to have ours in the beautiful columned area with the white pergola. We moved inside for dinner into a room small enough that could accommodate our guest without feeling too big. After dinner, we moved back outside to the area we had our ceremony. Lights were strung along the columns creating a fun outdoor atmosphere.

The property is absolutely stunning, which made for fantastic pictures. We got pictures by the delta and since there are many trees on the property it made us feel as if we were in Yosemite still. We are so thankful for Mara and everyone at Belle Vie Vineyard. If we had to do our wedding over again, we would pick Belle Vie Vineyards right off the bat.

Belle Vie is an absolute gem of a venue for any couples who come across it. Not only is the venue a photographers wonderland, its tucked away in your own little oasis without nearby neighbors. To top it off Mara is fantastic. We recommend this venue to nearly all of the couples we find asking for a venue.

Just had my wedding at Belle Vie and it was absolutely amazing! It wouldn’t have been possible without Mara, Alex and Rayna.

If you are looking for a beautiful venue that does it all at an affordable price, look no further! This venue is like a hidden gem. I loved that you could book all of the in house vendors and have one contract and we’re only paying one person.

Pricing - so affordable! If you want a nice wedding with the Napa feel without the cost. We saved probably $10k just in catering costs alone and the fees for the coordinators were much lower than outside companies plus we got 2 people!

Mara - she was amazing from the start. She is a big reason we decided to book. She gave the venue a very small business type feel. I could always text her with any random question. She was also very accommodating to the random little requests I had.

Food - the food was SO good! It tasted great at our original tasting and was even better at our wedding. I could have eaten 10 pounds of the garlic mashed potatoes

Bar - to be honest I didn’t drink much, I was busy dancing but I didn’t hear any complaints about the bar! The bartenders were very friendly. We got the premium package so we go free signature drinks

Coordinators - they were amazing! Alexa is such a sweetheart and the gentle soul and sense of calm you want on your wedding day. Rayna and Alexa both worked tirelessly to make sure we had what we needed food, water, etc. throughout our day. They set everything up for us and took everything down, we didn’t have to lift a finger and neither did our family. When I looked at everything all set up I was so happy, they brought my vision to life. I loved that they knew the venue like the back of their hand, it made for a seamless day.

DJ & extras - We used an outside DJ but the in house DJ, Mike, is amazing. We were able to get additional lighting and Photo Booth through him. Add on the sparklers too! It makes such a difference during your grand entrance and first dance.

House - book the house at least the night of your wedding! It was so nice to be able to get ready at the house and to have a place to hang out between photos and the ceremony and know I didn’t have to move locations after the wedding. There is a cool grooms den downstairs, it was a big hot because of the heat wave and no AC downstairs but at least made for good photos and got some games in. The whole place was super clean and basically brand new. There is a bridal suite attached to the bathroom to hide in before the ceremony and it was nice to have my own private bathroom during the event

The only thing I didn’t love was the bugs/mosquitos which was out of everyone’s control but that is kind of what you get when you’re getting married on the delta/marsh land. It’s also an October wedding the week of a heat wave! We had been to the venue probably 4 times and didn’t have any mosquitos. The coordinators were thoughtful and put out cans of bug spray for our guests! We luckily did our reception inside but just something to keep in mind if you are considering outside.

Overall we truly had the smoothest and best day and so happy we went with Belle Vie

We were invited to join it's Grand opening celebration today, and realized how nice this vineyard is. It's located conveniently between Bay Area and Sacramento, and right by the Sacramento river. The owners are very nice and warm, the venue setup is great for any special events. Highly recommended.

WOW!! As soon as I step foot near the vineyard I was in awe. They have the most amazing, sweet, and welcoming staff. So accommodating and generous. A chef who makes the most delicious, vibrant food. There is a gorgeous view of the ocean. Most importantly there is so much space with two-three different variations for weddings. It is incredible, definitely a beautiful place to get married or host an event! Highly, highly recommend Belle Vie Vineyard 🙂
