I would not recommend Bellanova for a facial or body scrub. Rachel was out of town so I had my services completed by Rachel's sister. She talked during the entire service, often about unprofessional topics. It was not relaxing at all. My treatment was done on a tattoo chair so I wobbled back and forth during the treatment, the facial steamer ran out of water halfway through and I had to ask for it to be refilled, and the esthetician was really rough applying the products. She didn't fully remove the products either and at the end of my session she was picking flakes of one of the face masks off of my skin.

I went here because I had a gift card but I would go back to Adore Day Spa in the future. I see many positive reviews for Rachel, so I would request her if you do book a treatment here.

EDIT: I relayed my concerns to Jen, the manager and she immediately took care of me and helped resolve my issues. This was a really great sign in my book of a good business!

Have received Gentleman's Facial and Signature Facial from Rachel and Lannie respectively. Both provided excellent service and attention to skin. Very clean office space with a warm and friendly atmosphere. Have also had a wonderful massage from Jennifer. This is a wonderful place for self care.

Wow!
I’ve been getting facials for 13 years from all over the US . I got a facial today from Rachel and it was INCREDIBLE! I’ve never been so relaxed. My skin feels amazing !!! I also loved the face massage and arms and neck ! I’ve never had that much work done during a facial . I will definitely be going back !

Bella Nova Med Spa is an amazing place to get a massage or facial. Sheila is amazing at customizing massages to your needs each visit. She has been essential to helping me with my plantar fasciitis. I have also seen Rachel for my facials and she is so amazing and knowledgeable about the products she uses. I would recommend this day spa to anyone!

Had an exceptional hair cut and toner from Tracy. She is amazing! I greatly appreciate her care and skill. Everyone always asks me where I get my hair done.
And just yesterday I saw Rachel for a signature facial. Sigh.... It was very relaxing and helpful. I have very sensitive skin, and I appreciate how Rachel uses natural products that never give me a problem. Thanks to all the staff who make coming in not only relaxing but a pleasure.
