I don’t typically do reviews, good or bad. However, I absolutely do not recommend going here. I use to go to Purlux quite often. This was my first time going to Bellagio Nails Lounge since they switched. This was my experience. $77 pedicure, and a trip to the doctor for antibiotics. 😑

This was the first time every goin to Bellagio's and the experience was awesome! Van did our nails he was wonderful! The customer service was amazing. Friendly comfortable environment. Will be goin back again.

Bellagio is amazing. Everyone is very friendly. John always does an awesome job on my acrylic nails & nail designs. Helen is awesome with wax.

This place is AmAzInG! Best customer service you will ever get and the most polite people 🥰 Very gentle with the kids "firsts" and just an overall wonderful experience every time we go in!

I’ve been going here on and off but consistently since February and it has gone downhill. The place is clean and sanitary and an overall nice environment, however I have not been happy with their services. I got a black acrylic set about two months ago (pictured) that chipped the next day and thankfully they fixed it before my event, however, the polish AND my natural nail chipped again the day they fixed it! Then I go in about a month ago for a new set and at this point they had new owners so I figured I would have a better experience- no!! I scheduled an appointment for an acrylic fill and as I’m sitting in the chair the nail technician starts ripping the acrylic off my nails even though that is not what I came in for. In doing this, he ripped off a good portion of my natural nail (pictured). Then, when he goes to cut down the length of my natural nails, he accidentally cut multiple nails too close to my nail bed. After all of this, I still don’t have the nail shape that I wanted, but I’m just ready to get out of there. I show the Receptionist the video I have added to this review and say that I want to talk to the owner and she told me To send her the video and she would talk to him since he had a client right now. This was over a month ago and there still has been no reconciling this even after I still had to pay $50 for this awful experience!! I will no longer be taking my business here.

Haven’t been since they changed but went today and got a full set and I got to say they did an amazing job the remodel looks amazing and it feels so much livelier.

I had an excellent experience with Vivian today. She was professional and thorough. I feel extremely relaxed and cannot wait to come back again for a pedicure!! When you go ask for Vivian!! I feel like I have brand new feet :).

Best pedicure I’ve ever had! The new steamer option with the winter pedicure was amazing and a first for me but will not be my last. My skin feels rejuvenated and is no longer dry and cracking.
