The Bella Vita Resort is an absolute gem for glamping enthusiasts! The resort is stunning and offers so many activities that make for an unforgettable stay. They provide everything from bikes, fishing rods, and kayaks to explore the lake and river. The glamping experience is top-notch—our tent was fully equipped with a queen bed, a couch, and blow-up mattresses if needed. There was even a coffee buffet with snacks, and the shower came stocked with towels!

The lake was teeming with fish, and you can also enjoy fishing or kayaking down the river, with the resort offering convenient pick-up from any spot. The hiking trails are beautiful and plentiful, perfect for nature lovers. As a fun bonus, they have a miniature golf course, which was a big hit with our kids! We also got lucky and caught some dirt car racing right next to the resort—it was an unexpected and thrilling experience.

The service was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. A 10/10 experience, and we can’t wait to return. Huge thanks to the entire team for making our trip so memorable!

Amazing location and place. We took our Travel Trailer for our first trip and had an island parking right on the lake. The fishing is amazing my 9 year old caught bass, catfish and crappie. Host was amazing helped me set up trailer since it was my first time. They have mini golf, huge statue of Abraham Lincoln and so much more. 5+ stars would recommend and we are making another trip in summer.

My now husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Bella Vita! It was a dream!! Having the ceremony down by the lake was absolutely gorgeous and the banquet hall is an amazing place to hold a reception. Even with the races going on we couldn’t hear an ounce of noise from the race track!! We honestly didn’t even know races where happening until one of our family members said something! Our families also loved being able to stay at the lodge after the reception. We had the honor of staying in the honeymoon suite and it was perfect for us! We cannot thank them enough for the hospitality and the new friendships!

Great place for lakeside camping with plenty of spots between sites. Electric hookup only down by the lake, no water/sewer. There are two porta potty, no showers or water lakeside. There are bathrooms and showers located in a building up the hill. Staff is super friendly and extremely helpful with anything you need.

Absolutely beautiful place and so much variety of things to do! I’ve recently done some work here and the owner is phenomenal to work with! I can’t wait to bring my family here! Beautiful setting for any company events, retreats, weddings, proms, etc. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed!
