Our service is always great here. They get us in quickly. The lavender pedicure is so relaxing. I especially love the hot towels and the little foot/ankle massage that they do. I get the gel nails and the polish lasts for 4-6 weeks for me.

I had a lady do my nails (pink and white standard) and I asked her throughout my process to not have the nails look too pink. I wanted a more natural look. She insisted the pink she chose would not be too pink and that they would lighten up. As the process finished, the pink was terribly pink and not natural at all. She still managed to charge me even though I told her I didn’t like them and she didn’t offer to fix them. Won’t be back to get my nails done there anymore.

Wouldn’t even recommend 1 star. They are absolutely terrible. I took my fiancé sister to get her homecoming nails done and mine and they turned out so bad. And charged me $70 $22 for a freaking flower design that looks like white blobs or cow print. My fiancés sisters nails were literally pointed straight up. And the lady said “that’s how her nails are.” Absolutely not.
Would not waste your money going here.

Nice salon and able to do a lot of the fancier nail sets a lot of places either mess up or don't do. Jane and Sammi are awesome at gem art and designs. I've also gotten 3d acrylic designs done here by Jane and they were beautiful.My nails are always 🔥 and I always get asked where I got them done.

Nails look..okay. A but thick for my liking. Unfortunately every time I come here they only last about a week before they start popping off. I was charged $78 dollars for a full set 🫤😑 probably won’t be back. I can go to Rockford and get 10x better nails for $50.

Absolutely love my nails when they were done at Beauty Nail & Spa, 10/10 recommend! The technician chose to help with the acrylic nail polish color for me and making them for a long time and they still look perfect. The staff members are well-trained in maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere. Love this place. Everyone there is extremely friendly and personable. It's always a good experience and I leave feeling relaxed.
