I came in for a fill-in and gel polish on my toes. The older gentleman doing my toes took quite a while, but I have to admit he did a great job—they looked really nice. However, my experience with the owner was disappointing. While I was still getting my toes done, she rushed to start my nails, doing them while standing, which made me very uncomfortable.

I had white tips, but I noticed right away that they didn’t look good—the white tips were uneven, and the nails looked lumpy. I politely asked her to fix them, and while she did attempt to, the end result still wasn’t satisfactory. To make matters worse, she directly asked for a tip, which I found rude and uncomfortable. I was planning to tip anyway, but her attitude made the experience even less pleasant.

Ultimately, I asked her to just paint my nails red to simplify things, but the lumps were still visible. By that point, I was tired of asking for corrections. For $80, I expected much better service and quality. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I’d rather invest in press-ons or a gel kit from Amazon and do my nails myself next time.

Went for my wedding nails. Asked for a french tip with chrome AND had a inspo pic. The tech did not do a classic by book french tip full set, then when it came to chrome it was bad from the start. I expressed that I would like something different, he sighed, got up, slammed around and went outside. The woman try to fix it when I suggested that it just be fixed with nail polish and no design. She declined, said she couldn’t do that. Paid $92 and had to go to a different salon immediately after to fix. The pictures tell the story, the chrome is only on some parts of my nail, the polish is bubbling, etc. 0/10

I fot an appointment Saturday morning very easily. Just called and asked. There is a check in screen at the desk when you walk in and someone will greet you. I picked my colir and was sat immediately to get my pedicure. The gentleman was nice and not talkative but I didn't mind. He did a very good job trimming my nails and making sure my toes look great! I will be back. I was not offered a drink but I didn't ask either.

I was looking for a place to get my nails done in an emergency, after having been visiting Helena for a little while. They were able to squeeze me in, last minute, and I was sat with Romeo. He was incredibly nice and very friendly and his work was amazing. He listened to what I wanted and asked clarifying questions. He didn't shred my cuticles or cause me to bleed or cause any pain at all. Over all the experience was amazing. I would definitely go back again.

They are always kind and caring. With so many color options I cannot believe I cannot find my color, but the two times that has happened they assist me with finding the perfect color. I have been coming here for years and always received great service and quality in a clean, calm and inviting environment. They answer your questions with openness and ease. Also I got my Ombre powder brows here a couple of years ago and they still look awesome !

Great experience on a busy Saturday without an appointment. I actually had no wait so got there at the right time. Staff was super friendly and attentive. I had both a manicure and pedicure and my total time there was an hour and a half. While the manicure was done well the polish was a little light. The lady owner there however noticed it herself while I was getting my pedicure and applied more polish. This was super appreciative considering I did not ask her too. That tells me she is concerned about customer satisfaction. The man doing my pedicure was super! He took his time to ensure he did a good job but was still quick enough to make me happy about the time it was taking. Overall super experience and I will certainly be returning in a couple of weeks. Highly recommended! The salon was very clean as well!
