I booked an appointment through Yelp because I specifically wanted to be serviced by a particular nail technician and needed to be done on time for other errands. I arrived promptly, but things quickly went downhill. Lisa, the nail tech I chose, approached me, but I didn’t recognize her because she always wears a mask. I explained I was looking for the tech with red highlights in her hair, but she seemed confused and walked off dismissively.
As she walked away, I noticed the red highlights pinned up in a ponytail and asked the pedicure technician to call her back. When she returned, instead of addressing the situation professionally, she yelled something in her language and stormed off to the back. To my utter disbelief, the manager just stood there smiling, seemingly amused by the entire situation. Moments later, Lisa emerged from the back and started working on another customer, completely ignoring me.
The pedicure technician tried to salvage the situation, offering to do my acrylic fill himself. I asked if he could handle the fill while someone else did my pedicure so I could save time and leave as planned. However, when he called the manager over, she bluntly said “no” in a way that made it seem like it was his request, not mine—the paying customer.
What should have been a one-hour visit stretched into a two-hour ordeal. By the end, I was charged $120 for service that was anything but satisfactory. I told the technician I would never return. Lisa needs to humble herself and remember she’s in a customer service role. As for the manager (the younger one at the front desk), she needs to take her job seriously instead of enabling such unprofessional behavior.
As I was leaving, the audacity—she asked if everything was okay. No, it wasn’t. It wasn’t okay at all, and I will never return.

I go here because it’s a convenient distance from my house, the prices are ok a little pricy but the nail techs are always extremely friendly! The few complaints I have are due to the cuts they make on my finger nail beds when I get my acrylics, no matter who does my acrylics they always leave me with cuts and scars that burn for a few days and sometimes when I get pedicures too they will make my toe bleed and overall I’m never Inlove with my nails at the end of my service because of this I really don't go here unless I’m in desperate need. The decor is nice tho!

This is my first time doing a review. THIS NAIL SHOP HAS POOR MANAGEMENT.

So I used to go to this nail shop every 2 weeks and had no problem. Until one time I went in and told the front desk that I wanted a new full set. She insisted and insisted that I just get a fill instead of spending all that money (it was busy and they were tryna get people out). I understand that I should have been more persistent about getting a new set.

These pictures are from 3 days after the FILL I got there. Mind you, this is a full set (fake nails) with acrylic. The acrylic is obviously too thin. If you look at the picture of my hand to the light, you see the quality of their paint job.

I think I'm a pretty calm person, and I understand these things happen. I wasn't even really upset when I went in. BUT the woman at the front desk who's usually there (Asian lady who usually looks mad at the world when I'm in there) rose her voice at me and accused me of lying, stating: "You know your nails are older, you should have gotten a new set. Also, nail techs wouldn't recommend a fill because they don't make as much of a commission." She wasn't even there when I got my nails done so tell me.. how you know what the nail tech said? This would have been my 3rd time getting a fill.

Now I'm not struggling for no funky $20 manicure-it's not that serious and I reminded her of that when I told her that I wasn't there to argue and she needed to calm down when talking to me.

Moral of the story-they DIDN'T redo my nails. In the event you ever have to deal with the receptionist woman, she is UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. When people come in and spend their hard earned money, maybe flashing a smile and being polite will work out in your favor.

I see this place everytime I go to the moves and happy that I finally stopped by. The service was professional and the pedicure ladies friendly. It was nice not having to yell across the room what service I wanted as well-they actually use their reception desk. I'll come back and not just for the reasonable prices.

I’ll attempt not to write reckless and get straight to the point! I was very disappointed with my recent service in this establishment, the nail tech butchered my toe please see the pictures below. This place has NO refund(s) policy, I’ll definitely will not be sending them any business nor returning to this place in the future.

I've tried many other places around here and keep coming back to NANCY for my pedicures! She does the best work, exactly what I want. I like my toenails short and natural, buffed instead of polished, which she does perfectly. She also gets rid of ALL the calluses and rough skin I'm prone to expertly. Outstanding work. Only downside is that I have to get in early in the day or her schedule fills up.

I live in Long Beach but I drive to this location for my eyebrows because they're thin and the technicians make them look great. Today I was helped my younger one in the back who barely took her time only cleaned the area up did not shape them spent more time trying to convince me to get my eyebrows tattooed on. If she did not have experience with thin brows she should allowed someone else to do it. I normally praise this shop and recommend it but I left disappointed and thinking I need a new location.

I love this place, relaxation, clean, great customer service and the champagne is just what you need while you unwind and get pampered. I can choose any nail salon to go to but this one is not just about doing nails and making a dollar they genuinely care, especially the owner who went out of her way to rock my baby and keep him calm while I finish getting service. This is the kind of genuine service that keep loyal customers coming back.
