Ben is amazing. Got a gel pedicure from him yesterday. He massages really well, and I felt extremely relaxed. Vivian also did a great job on my SNS manicure. She’s very detailed and takes her time perfecting the shape and careful when drilling. This visit was a much more positive experience than my previous visit in March (but in my defense I did come in later in the day and they were closing down as my nails were getting finished). Will return again and hopefully see these two!

I’m giving this company a 1 star only because I asked for color 141. This color isn’t nothing like 141. More like 140. Their gel color scheme is off and I want everyone to know before you have to pay $100 for something you don’t like or didn’t ask for. I did call and I was told to come back. I’m choosing to not come back because I’m restless. I don’t want to sit again. I wanted what I asked for the first time.

Update: I went back and the lady that’s running the place was super sweet about fixing my nails. I’m still not satisfied because I had to rush and find a color, but at least they aren’t Barbie doll pink anymore, more like bubblegum pink.

ruined my high school graduation and my birthday! i went here to get my nails done for prom (simple solid color builder gel) and loved it. i went yesterday to get them done for my graduation tomorrow and my birthday friday, and i am appalled.

all i wanted was a simple dark nail with light ombré from the center on my natural nail. i've done this at home myself before. first, she clipped my nails way too short and left me with square tips despite me asking her multiple times to round my nails. she repeatedly tried to insist we were done despite not applying the effect i wanted. it does not reach the end of my nail and looks grown out by nearly a week despite me getting them done yesterday! and they are so fat and chunky. i’m genuinely so upset. never going back.

Nick did my nails yesterday, and I squealed like a school girl! I seriously feel like Cinderella nails over here. Jessie did my daughters nails! I've never seen a technician shape a nail from "jelly" like Jessie did. It was amazing to watch! We literally skipped out of the store squealing! We also had amazing pedicures, and I missed our technicians names 🙈 But they were delightful, as always! We've been using this salon for 6 months and continue to drive 30 minutes every few weeks to come here. We haven't found another salon to measure up, and honestly, we quit looking after coming here.

Loveeee this place ! Went to get a soak off and new set ( last place did horrible) and they did amazing at fixing my nails and actually giving me what I asked for. I took my daughter with me also and she enjoyed it ! Got her nails and toes done. The staff is friendly, good vibes & communication was a 10 out of 10. Will most definitely be going back.

I got my nails done on 04/23/2025 and my nails are very lumpy and the polish is streaky. Paying 55 for an overlay fill seems a little excessive. In trussville an overlay is $40. I’m sure my nails are supposed to be soaked off . Every nail salon in the surrounding area is cutting corners when it comes to nails.

My nails are damaged, because the ingredients are harmful. At this point I’m going to start wearing press on nails.

I enjoy my nails and pedicure services. The spa is very clean, friendly workers and Ms CoCo has the state of the art massage chairs!! You will definitely appreciate the relaxation!!

My pedicure here was great, but my nails are horrible. They are lumpy and misshapen. The nail tech was incredibly rough and hit my skin with the drill multiple times, causing my nails to hurt so bad by the end of the visit. I will be going somewhere else to get them fixed.
