Valentine’s Day was a fantastic experience and a time was had! Here at Bea’s Kitchen & Kocktails black owned, definitely had to show some love for Black History Month.
The decorations displayed for Valentines at Bea’s Kitchen & Kocktails were too cute. The decorations added such a lovely touch. The music was perfect. The DJ understood the assignment and the mood just right! Perfect tunes from the time reservations @530pm with 90mins max at a table till we left.
Ordered the catfish dinner with red beans and rice along with the Mac and cheese and the second entree were the grilled pork chops dinner with cabbage and Mac and cheese. Everything tasted as good as the neat presentation. The food was very scrumptious! The chops were mouth-watering a must TRY! All the ingredients were fresh and everything was HOTT! And a cheese cake also came with the speciality dinner. No complaints there. Didn’t take long for our meal to be prepared.
Our waitress named was Jay. She was so sweet and attentive. And thoroughly knew the menu. Even took a pic of my family for me. The atmosphere was so inviting with such kindness from the staff. Glad we celebrated here at Bea’s Kitchen & Kocktails! . Highly recommended! Check em out!

The ambiance was ok, depending on the crowd you are looking for. The staff/servers/mixologist were amazing! Even security was nice. The menu was very limited for the time we went. The fish dinner was $17, and it was one catfish fillet cut in half. The rest of the to go container was filled with fries. 👀🤬 I would not recommend the fish. The chicken was good. The jerk nachos could have been executed better (the chips looked like Doritos), yet the jerk was good. The drinks were normal, and the bottle service was above and beyond. They have hookah, and the host/hostess for that service was very attentive. It was an overall good experience. I will go back, maybe check out different days and / or crowds.

The strawberry waffles were excellent, along with the strawberry lemonade. Everything else was terrible. The chicken was soggy, the eggs were steal, and the chicken sausage was smelly and disgusting. The service was mid, I say this because the food came at random times and they forgot some of the items. The DJ was amazing and made the vibe great. The did not come out hot, it was cold like room temperature. I overall rate it a 3/5.

I was disappointed with my food. I ordered the crab cake, surf n turf (lamb chops and lobster tail) with Mac and cheese, greens. The lamb chops came out first but the lobster tail came much later. Both were undercooked. The crab cake, which is an appetizer, came later in the meal as well. The Mac and cheese was just ok. The greens were good. Nice and clean inside, I feel the wait staff could look a bit more professional with attire.

Okay so my cousin and I are always looking for a good brunch spot. We made reservations yesterday and online the brunch buffet says $34.99. We walked in the next day and was told the brunch buffet is $38.99. We immediately showed them the online price. They did not honor it. The said we made the change and we apologize. I believe they should have honored the price.

My husband and I were searching for a Brunch and he found Bea's Kitchen on social media and we were so Pleasantly Pleased. The D J was so good you couldn't help dancing in your seat while enjoying the Buffet. The choices blended well. I'm not fond of grits BUT the shrimp and grits were oh so good. The pastas were as good as the catfish and greens. The manager informed me they really didn't make chocolate martinis, but the 2 I had were delicious. The owners walked and greeted every table.

I was visiting from Virginia and my family wanted to take me somewhere nice. They had heard good things about this restaurant but they were wrong. Initially I thought the place was nice until it was time to get our food. The service was buffet only. When I tried to get the food selection that I wanted, I was told they were out and it wasn't being replaced. Later, my waitperson informed us that the item was being substituted so I went back through the buffet line. Again, the item was gone along with the chicken and the fish. Extremely disappointed, I told my waitperson and she was very apologetic. She spoke to the owner who never even came to our table to apologize. Instead she went to the wrong table. In addition to the lack of food, one of the servers wasn't even wearing a hairnet. The only thing that was good was the DJ.

My partner and I went to Bea’s for the first time yesterday. We ended up having 1:30pm reservations and upon arrival we requested to sit at the bar instead as it was open/free seating. Service and vibe was amazing. The buffet on sundays was delicious and had plenty of brunch/soul food options. We got a couple long islands and they were great. Overall great vibe with a slightly older crowd. We’ll be back
