Very good space! Beard Papa is one of its kind dessert place. Got the Chocolate and churro eclairs one with Vanilla and Chocolate filling. The fillings tasted really good, however the outer crust was not tender or didn’t feel like freshly made. Staff and ambiance were pretty good. No restrooms for customers, it’s exclusively for their own employees. Weird!

Decided we wanted to indulge in a little sweet treat on this rainy Sunday afternoon. We ended up getting Beard Papa delivered via DoorDash. Included pics of the variety pack we created.

The packaging was super cute. You can tell they take extra care when packing up for delivery. I really appreciated that.

Very fresh. Everything we had was delish! My wife has tried them in a few different cities and always has the best things to say. She wasn’t wrong!

I got the Oreo, Chocolate and original. We also ordered one of the cheesecake bites as well. No matter what you order - you won’t be sorry.

OMG! This dessert is sinful! I’ve never had a cream puff like it. My daughter and I happen to be having a daughter day and came across Beard Papas in Concord. My daughter and I each got one cream puff. My only disappointment was, I only got one. Will definitely be back - I highly recommend the Ube shell with Ube filling.

Their Bakery is quaint and myself, and my daughter really enjoyed the music.

We ordered a dozen of these creme puffs to go, 1/2 went to my niece and half came to me. I had two plain powdered sugar with chocolate filling, two Oreo Cookies n’ Cream Shell with chocolate filling, and two Ube Shell with Ube filling. I liked all of the flavors we ordered except the Ube did not taste like Ube to me, just my opinion. And I recommend you eat these right away. Don’t keep linger than a day. They’ll get soggy. And these are not overly sweet.

So this was a quick and easy order. Fast and friendly. The size of the creme puff were pretty good size, like the size of a muffin. I was surprised. The prize is around $3.90 to $4.20 depending on the flavor. So not too bad.

The place is really cute. It’s not huge though. So not really a place to hang out for long.

I’m very happy that there is a beard papas here so I don’t have to go to San Francisco. I got their mix and match minis with chocolate filling. They were so cute!!!!!! My friend also got two to take home to his family and the cashier asked if he was willing to wait a bit longer so he could get shells from a fresher batch. The store is fairly cramped and a bit warm because of the placement of the ovens (and maybe some poor ventilation) but is bright and cheery.

The last time I had a cream puff was about 15 years ago and I was not impressed. However, this restaurant name alone made me want to try them again. My husband and I came here last night and I really enjoyed my cream puff! I got the ube shell with vanilla filling and my husband got the cookies and cream shell with vanilla filling. My husband liked his, but he really doesn't have much of a sweet tooth and the filling was a little much for him. Just personal preference. I on the other hand loved mine and I wish I got another. I will definitely be back to eat all the ube shells and to try some other flavors! Nice staff, too!

Super quick service! Crunchy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. Not too sweet. The pastry felt a little stale but it is to be expected as I went in the late afternoon.

I went in the afternoon and a quite a few people were waiting for their orders. I ordered 2 puffs- the chocolate puff and green tea with vanilla filling bc they had run out of the chocolate filling. I appreciate that they just opened and will prove get better with time but I could see that the staff needed more training or better delegation of tasks. The three stars is for the actual taste of the puffs. I was very underwhelmed by the taste of the vanilla filling, the actual and the green tea puffs. For that alone will not go back.
