Located a block away from Alamo Park and two blocks from the painted ladies. This is a great neighborhood coffee shop with an extensive food menu(breakfast, lunch and dinner). Smoothies, espresso drinks, and adult beverages. Ten beers on tap(Stella Artois $6 happy hour). They also have a restroom for customers.

Great little neighborhood eatery! Stopped here for lunch without knowing anything about the place.

I had a great burger and the fries were also fantastic. Food was very reasonably priced for SF area, in fact, I had plenty of other meals in SF that cost significantly more that I would rate much lower in quality and satisfaction.

Walked here after errands at the DMV. I didn’t know a simple egg and cheese bagel could be that delicious!! Friendly owner. Inexpensive prices too.

This place is a great spot for a quick bite or a drink. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It’s also conveniently located if you just visited the painted ladies. I had a bit of a mushy potato, but the taste was still good. I’ll definitely get fries next time!

Delicious, reasonable pricing (for SF), peaceful, clean and cozy environment.

They accommodated my dietary restrictions which shows a level of care rare to find in today’s world!

They don’t make spinach salads, but custom made a spinach and orange vine grate side salad to go with my portobello sandwich, since I despise lettuce and spring mix. Additionally, I asked to sub bell peppers for cucumber and the cashier ran back to the kitchen to notify them! No extra charge for the substitutions, by the way. The service is phenomenal.

To find a delicious sandwich AND side salad for $15 in a clean, cozy shop in a great location is incredible. We had a blast people watching and enjoying the city sounds and sites through the windows too 🙂

Poor service and food was adequate at best. Honestly I ate better in Army dining halls. Asked specifically for hash browns and they brought some horrible pan fried potatoes with no condiments. When I went inside and asked for salt, pepper and anything to add some taste to the sorry mess they brought ketchup! Then the manager had the nerve to ask me if anything was wrong. One piece of toast with a single small pat of butter. Absolutely no refills of a cup of brewed coffee? We can bring you one but you have to pay for it before you leave?🙄#wontbeback

Not sure why this place is so highly rated and popular. I paid over $12 for a breakfast sandwich and $20 for an omelette (not including tax and tip). You also have to bus your own table. The croissant came from Costco and it was an extra $3 to add the pork sausage. The pork sausage was a round patty that they thinly sliced in half to make it into two round patties. The omelette was greasy and didn’t taste like it was made with actual real eggs 🥚
