Great location with the lake and the sand. It can be rented, but it is a residential area so the sound can't be too loud to be courteous to the residents. The structure is older, but holds a good amount of people. It has 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a great room and a large deck overlooking the water.

We have an amazing beach house here in pine lake and it can be rented for parties ie baby showers, graduations, birthdays... This is a quiet and gorgeous city with tons of natural beauty, And a beach with a park.... You must come visit...this beach house is in pine lake NOT stone mountain
