The Beach Club is a great location to stay at. It is in the perfect spot within walking distance of most shops and restaurants. The beach is great with options to rent chairs/umbrellas. They have a great pool area with a hot tub and plenty of shade or sunny spots for your choosing.

Absolutely ruined our vacation. You would think for a non smoking facility there wouldn’t be smokers staying here. But every single day we’ve been on the beach the people all around us have started smoking. Having a baby and small children we have had to go inside and not enjoy the beach. On top of that have had people scaffolding the building peeking in our windows on and off all week. The whole place is trashy and we will not be back.

Beds were broken, cheap and uncomfortable, jacuzzi tub in room didn’t work, dryer in room was broken, doors from room opened to outside like a motel, there is no staff visible, you are way better off staying anywhere else! This place is a bad apartment complex not a resort or beach club by any means

I guess our group got one of the rooms that hasn't been renovated yet on the 18th floor. We were next to construction that started at 8:30am and the cables from the work scaffold banged against the outside wall at night and sounded like knocking.
The stove smoked when you used it. The hall bath shower leaked water onto the floor. The 2nd room and attached bathroom lights were incredibly dim. The washer was fine but older - nothing like you see in the website pictures. The dryer had rust on the lip and a rust mark running down the machine below it. The legs on the outside balcony table were rusted and scattered rusty debris underneath. We always wore sandals out there to protect our feet. They had extra chairs stacked outside that were an eyesore as they were terribly rusted. Not a chance we'd use them. The sheets looked like they'd been used and were very loosely tucked in. Our friend spent a lot of money for that condo. She deserves some money back.

Getting inside from the pool area requires a fob while everything else is a code. I appreciated the security and didn't mind the codes but we only got 2 fobs for 5 people. It was a constant juggling act and depending on the kindness of strangers to let you into the building from the pool.

On the plus side the pool was very nice and having direct access to the beach was great. The beds were very comfortable and the view was great.

Being able to reserve chairs and umbrellas was much appreciated though having to rent them in sets of 2 wasn't because we had 5 people. The guys that were in charge of setting those up were really great.

The proximity to the beach and location of the Beach Club was great. I'd consider staying there again, but definitely in a different condo. The website pictures insinuate we could have much better at that location.

Response to owner: You won't find me on the reservations because one of our group (other than myself) reserved and paid for the entire condo. I believe she reserved through Premier as you'd suggested. She's stayed at your condos several times.

Beautiful, comfortable everything you need for a great vacation. The veiws were amazing and the spa was so great. It was a super expensive trip though after I did the spa day with my daughter. We had a two bedroom loft. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Stayed and attended a reunion held on Friday and Saturday nights. This is a beautiful resort hotel. The staff are professional, friendly, and helpful.
The ideal place for an event such as a reunion or reception. Or a long weekend getaway.

Just spent a week here 304A.
It was very nicely decorated.
The beds in downstairs room were very squeaky and noisy.
We did unfortunately did see a couple cockaroches.
We contacted management and was told Orkin would be out but they never came.
I understand the pool closing at 10 but not being able to sit out there after 10 is a little crazy since we were on vacation.
Overall it was a nice stay.

Our experience was AMAZING! We love Beach Club! We were in 0505. It was absolutely beautiful! They provided everything you need! Even plenty of beach towels! The interior design was spectacular! Amazing floor plan! We have stayed in numerous places along the gulf coast for over 30 years and this was the absolute best! We will definitely be returning to this unit!
