Amazing the first and second time

Never stepped foot in this salon. This review is based on the appointment making process only, which was less than professional. I called the salon number and spoke to a rep, who helped me by having a beautician call me back. (I think the employees rent their chair there, so it's their own business.) I was scheduled an appointment for 2 days later, that didn't happen. The stylist texted me that she had a funeral to go to and had to re-schedule. I then had an appointment with another stylist for the same time, now the next day. Well, on the day of my appointment, about 4 hours before the time, the first stylist cancelled my appointment for the second stylist because the second stylist's other appointment had cancelled, and she was pregnant and just getting over covid and needed to rest.
I was trying to get a hair cut only. As a former cosmetologist and family member of a salon owner, this baffled me. I can't understand how these cosmetologists expect to grow their business with this kind of practice. I gave 3 stars because of my lack of a full understanding of the place itself. I won't be going there.
