The worst coffee and customer service. Coffee wasn't even hot. And she ran out twice to get my cinnamon roll from who knows where. Then, she warmed it up in the microwave too long to the point that it got rock hard and put on a paper plate instead of a to go box.

Love this coffee hut! The baristas were super friendly. I visited during December and they had tons of Christmas flavors to choose from! I got the gingerbread latte and it was superb. My husband got the classic vanilla latte. If you like your lattes less sweet, I would ask for half the syrup, that’s what I did and it still was sweet with good flavor. The coffee is smooth and delicious! Can’t wait to come back for another coffee soon!?☕️

They have us waited for 45 minutes without telling us that their coffee machine is broken and couldn’t make coffee. What’s worse is that while we were at the counter they told us to wait for 5-10 minutes because of the backlog of the orders, at which they could have told us that the coffee machine was broken. It was a very disappointing experience. Poor service.

BBs staff has been making our coffee and smoothies for the last seven years. All are friendly and quick. They're always busy, but we get through the line pretty quickly.
