This traveler had the best stay ever! We were going to a funeral in TWIN LAKES WI and this wonderful accommodation was close and only a few minutes away.The ease of check in and check out, friendly over the top staff and breakfast before we had to leave. I have a support dog accepted with open arms. This Manager in Richmond IL is running perfection.

This is a great hotel for the price and the location! Rooms were clean. The housekeeping, front desk attendants and manager are very helpful and friendly. Kim and Siri (and those I interacted with) at the front desk are always very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good too!
The pancake machine was working great until it didn't, they are going to fix that I was told. But they do have a waffle machine, eggs, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches and sausage available. All pretty tasty! Excellent coffee and juice as well 👌🏽I would come here again and recommend, especially if you're on a budget and don't require anything super fancy. Great price. Clean. Friendly staff, good breakfast! That's good for me.

Surprisingly nice here. Very clean rooms , friendly and available staff. Easy check in and out. Selection of the breakfast bar took this from a 4 star rating to a five star for us. Really good variety that included yogurt, fresh fruit,bagels, pancakes too. Would stay here again.

Perfectly satisfactory hotel for the price and location, especially for just a night and you just want a spot to rest.
Pros: extremely friendly check in person (late night of Jun 29), decent free breakfast till 10am, working microwave/fridge/ice maker, adequate toiletries. Nice sized clean room, working AC and heater.
Cons: our room had a musty/weird smell when we first walked in. It went away after using the tan for a while.

Flew infrom Phoenix Arizona with my wife to visit my family. Stayed at Baymont inn in Richmond Illinois, and it was an excellent experience with very clean, immaculate rooms. Price was unbelievably inexpensive and they provided complimentary breakfast that was awesome in the mornings. And last but not least, the staff was fantastic.
