This was a last resort on a overnight trip, the room was decent and fairly clean. When checking out they told me the deposit would be refunded back to me within 3 days and once a week had went by without seeing it back I called and they told me 5-7 business days. It’s now going on two weeks and I’ve been back and forth with representatives. When trying to get in touch with a representative, I kept getting a dial tone when calling the actual location I stayed at, the only time I was able to get ahold of someone was when I was used the automated system dialer to try to make a reservation and then a rep was able to get to me a supervisor who was also unable to help They let me know that if you use a debit card, it will be 30 days before I get my money back. The number they provided which is not the same as the website or the number provided through email is 6186289700 and the company care number, where I spoke to the supervisor is 18004661589.

Room is disgusting. There were stains everywhere and the wallpaper was falling apart. Hair everywhere on the beds. There was also a rusty nail in our room that they somehow missed when cleaning along with a quarter. Sweat stains on the pillows, it looked like blood stains on the blankets. Just don’t come here, it’s not worth the low cost.

The rooms are.....well.... OK for a quick stay. The ONLY thing that saved this review was the guy working the desk 10/12 @ 8:00PM. He was already having a bad night and still was able to help us with a smile on his face and great service.

In the first room - We found an unknown stain on the bed sheets and we were moved to a new room. The room was much smaller, but cleaner. The 2nd room didn't have all the updated interior the 1st room had, but good enough for us to sleep and get out.

The guy working the desk this morning (10/13) was disrespectful in ways. I had mentioned that the waffle batter was out....he refused to check it. He and his friend were talking so loud....

Positive: Clean rooms Negative: Front desk staff member was super rude when he discovered there were fruit loops on our floor. Made a big scene in front of other guests asking what was on the floor. I told him it was just some Froot Loops as I have a toddler. Said I was messy.

Positive: "" Negative: Room was filthy. Sheets and bed stained. Appeared the bedding unchanged between guests. Room also smelled like smoke. Would not recommend.

Where do I start ? Hmmm wouldn’t recommend this place at . The ppl who work there are very rude and disrespectful. The room are horrible and not taking care of at all. There are bed bugs. AB I believe is name is was very disrespectful to towards me. I don’t know how you guys are open but this place is disgusting. My friend stayed there back to back nights and knowing there language I can’t believe some of things they were saying about her. Unbelievable. Just cause she asked to change rooms and for more towels which they are always out of. Unprofessional!

Rooms are nasty. Sheets are nasty. Toilets are nasty and did not flush. Checked into my first room..the door was broken and we found socks and a used towel in the bathroom and weird stains on the wall and the sheets looked like they had not been changed after the previous guests left. So I asked to get another room. Got into the 2nd room chair has mold on it and toilet had stains in it like it had not been cleaned in a while and was not flushing so we had to the trash as a bucket to get some water and flush the toilet. Was about to go to sleep but decided to check the sheets...found some stains so i called the front desk to ask new sheets..they ones they brought also had some stains on them. I initially booked a king Bedroom but end up sleeping in a queen. Also, i don't know what they have been doing in the hallways but it smells like Indian spices (nothing again Indian spices cuz i love me some Indian food but i also don't wanna smell it all night long). Finally had to sleep with pants on (which I hate) and a long sleeve sweater because I couldn't bear the thought of my body being in direct contact with those sheets. When I asked the front desk about the state of the rooms his response was that he has never been in those rooms...yikes! Safe to say i will not be back!

Beware this place has bed bugs. Specifically room 106 the first room on the left hand side on the ground floor. We were actually moved into this room from room 320 which had a dirty fridge upon arrival. There are 5 people who work here max and one cleaning lady. Safe to say she doesn’t get a chance to adequately clean all the rooms. It’s a very old and dingy hotel, not sure how they got a license to operate under the Wyndham name, but buyer beware! The staff is kind, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that they’re operating below industry standard.
