I had some concerns about this hotel from the reviews, which were heightened by the security cameras and plexiglass in the lobby; however, the room was comfortable and clean. |You have to request housekeeping, which we were only there for two nights so we did not use it. Also, extra towels are requested at the front desk, which we were able to get without issue. |The staff was very nice. There is a slot room at the hotel (for those that like to play) and the hotel provides breakfast (I did not eat at the hotel so I cannot comment on that) |Finding food is not an issue as there is a supermarket, fast food restaurants, and a gas station with a convenience store nearby. The hotel is close to the highway, which makes getting in and out of the city easy.

Very easy to check in - out, CLEAN rooms & common areas (renovated)!Hotel receptionists are nice. I enjoyed my stay . I forgot to take pictures of our room but here are a few. There’s also a workout room & a room for Slot Play $$$.

Staying at the Baymont made me feel cozy and comfortable.. just like a home ! The workers are very nice and helpful. They keep it very clean and it’s very peaceful. I recommend staying at the Baymont if you just need a get away .. I became a rewards member and earned free nights sometimes too!

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND NO ONE TO COME HERE AT ALL. They are so nasty here. Rooms dirty sheets and pillowcase are stand up. It's hair all over the towels. I went to get new towels hair still on the towels. No tissue in room. Next day I get up for breakfast which is 6am-9am there literally no breakfast they only had waffles but no butter. I ask is there any oranges/fruits or vegetables the breakfast lady that's sitting down drinking her coffee 'no I'm sorry we don't have any fruits or vegetables. THINK TWICE BEFORE COMING HERE.

I would definitely stay here again. Rooms are clean and service was great. Right near Interstate which was great because I was traveling from Alabama. Lots of shopping centers and food places. Very convenient for travelers.

I stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham in Calumet City, Illinois, March 4th 2025 - checking out the next day March 5. Check-in was easy, fast and efficient. My 3rd floor room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well-kept, with TV and FREE WIFI. Parking was easy and accessible. Front office staff was very good, housekeeping was excellent. I give a 5-star review for this property.

Been here three times and it’s a great experience every time i book. I love this place. Cleanliness 10/10. Very nice/friendly staff. Very attentive, of any needs you may need. Book with this place. you won’t regret it !

The location is quite good, the bed and room were comfortable and it's relatively clean, but that's about all the good I can say about the place. We were there for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. ||The breakfast was pretty standard cereal and waffles. They had no decaf coffee (wasn't too surprised as most places don't) but I was told that I could just drink two cups of regular coffee and that would be the same equivalent as one decaf. Yes you read that right. ||When I called down to the front desk on the second night to request some clean towels I was told I would have to bring down the current towels to get new ones.|The hot water in the shower was barely warm after letting it run for 15 mins. The person who came to check it out (the same woman who told me about the decaf at breakfast) told us that all the rooms were like that and that it was hot enough....maybe we just liked it hotter than most people. ||To top off the experience, when we were getting on the elevator to check out, the same woman was on the floor and asked if we were checking out. When we said yes, she asked if we had left a tip. Fortunately, the elevators door closed before I could respond, however, my partner did tell the front desk person that their staff should NOT be asking for a tip.||I would definitely NOT recommend this place.
