I love Baymont, I stay with them when available. The Desk Lady was wonderful. Vicky greeted me with an award winning smile, and she is cheerful to be the band. Vicky was friendly and helpful, exceptionally adept at her job. She had me in and off to my room quicker than a cat shat. The one thing there were no blankets on the beds? I requested them and the gentleman night clerk forked them right over. The showers are great, and the bed swallows you up. I think I will stay again!!!

Excellent service, was asked several times if I needed anything. Vicky did the best job getting me checked in and extending my stay. She was cheerful and had a smile on her face the entire time. The room was comfortable but small, not enough room for two beds. But all the niceties made up for it.

Bed comfortable and pillows nice. Front staff was friendly and compassionate. Very cooperative when a need is asked for. Room cleaned and loved the shower with glass doors, sliding doors and being large in size. The convenience of a fridge and microwave was good also. Used doing the night time for leftovers and didn't have to leave room. Tv had good channels to watch.

Rooms are nice..hotel is clean. Some updates are needed. Overall safe clean stay. Didn't stay for breakfast. Staff you can tell is there for a check nice but no since of hospitality. Will stay again. Plenty of shopping and nice place to eat in area. Close to toll road and expressway.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was above average compared to our stay at other similar hotels. They were very welcoming to us and our 2 small dogs. Room was clean and comfortable. We found this hotel thru Bring Fido and it was a great find. We'll be back!

Had an issue with one of the guys from the front desk at night checking in at almost 11:00 pm and had a baby that was tired and wanted to sleep and I usually don't keep my cards or cash usually on me but figured the card is on file from when I booked so I thought they would just use that card since we have done that before the weekend before but I had to go all the way home an hour away to get cash for the incidentals and came back after 12:00 a.m. the shift switched and there was a very nice lady that took care of me that stays there throughout the night. She was awesome. I love the rooms and they usually always smell fresh and clean but this time we had a room close to us that smelled like pure weed. I usually stay at this hotel almost every weekend. For the most part and other than that guy there that was a jerk that I couldn't really understand in the first place, it's a really decent hotel. Everyone else there has been very nice.

I recently needed a place to stay for five days after my apartment lease ended, and Baymont Inn truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I checked in, everything felt like a peaceful oasis. My room on the 2nd floor was spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff was so accommodating, and the overall atmosphere felt like a 5-star experience. On my last night, I heard a bit of noise from the room above me around midnight. I called the front desk, and the gentleman working the overnight shift handled it within two minutes. Not only was the noise resolved immediately, but he even followed up the next morning to make sure I had a good rest. That level of care was so impressive!

Thank you to the amazing staff for making my stay exceptional. I rarely leave reviews, but I couldn’t help sharing how wonderful my experience was. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Picked this hotel specifically as they told us they had a free shuttle to and from Midway. The actual 1 night stay itself was fine, rooms were very clean however bathroom door lock did not latch. Continental breakfast was about what you would expect. We decided to call the hotel the night before we arrived to Midway to verify how the shuttle worked. They told us call as soon as we got off the plane. I had to call three times before an answer, and then when I explained to them who I was and the conversation had the night before, they told us the shuttle driver had left the property to run errands and it would be a 30 minute or more wait due to traffic. Normally this would be fine, however the traffic was noticably moving quickly, including multiple pick ups and drop offs from other areas hotel shuttles within 10-20 minutes of each other. We had to wait over an hour for a shuttle that may or may not have come. We decided to get an Uber.
