Location is fine and staff was friendly. It's very outdated and smells so. Piss smell in bathroom, slimy tub, dirty floor (our 1 year old son kept finding things that he tried to eat), vending machine charges us $5 for a snickers when it said $2, warped bed, pillows were somehow too fluffy (hurt my neck to use at any angle), cards barely worked and the remote was super finicky and wouldn't let me use from far side of the bed. Breakfast was so undercooked (bacon and eggs). Overall, would stay anywhere else.

Positive: Friendly staff. Good online rates. I like the location. Negative: My room had cabinet that when opened it was open all the way to the back of the tub and there was construction debris which any curious kid could access so that seemed odd to not address with an access panel to keep kiddos out. Not an issue for me but.?

I just drove 20 hours from Indianapolis Indiana to here for the 25th time in my life. I decided I wanted to go in the hot tub since the lights were on. It’s open assuming someplaces do not always care unless you’re quite and respectful because I am restless and I just want to finally relax. I’m driving out here without my will to pick up my son. The girl (Grunge With piercings over the face) is absolutely rude and raises her voice to me telling me I need to get out of the hot tub Speaking to me as I am a delinquent or a nasty rule breaking criminal. I understand (rules) and proceed to get out. I tried to take a shower to warm up but the water temperature is less than lukewarm and she is telling me that there’s nothing she can do about it because she’s the only one in staff no mind you she must’ve been at least 19-20 Running everything but with an absolutely helpless and inconsiderate attitude. Tired and restless I do not even want to go back into the hotel room so discomforted. A great attitude would’ve went along way never again. No words. 💀 💔

This place was pretty good, my husband got flown here to casper, myself and some family stayed here during the week. Price was affordable, staff is friendly, breakfast was delicious..

Needless to say we won’t be staying at this motel again. Never, never have I been so freaked out by finding a bed bug on the pillow next to me!!! Took the bug to the front desk and they gave us a different room for our second night and assured us it would be checked, this room was in dire need of a face lift, curtains were tore and the bathroom door hadn’t been wiped down for some time among other things. Havent heard back about getting a refund on the bed bug room either!

I checked in and the room has a bad smell inside. I don't like the smell of cigarette smoke and cleaner. The room look clean, but stinks!

Horrible horrible experience. Booked a room with last of my money on christmas day and we get there and was rejected because of my address on my drivers licence. Didnt get refunded the money back and still have not got my money back and on top of it all was kicked out of there for being upset. The girl there did not try anything to help the situationn for me and my kids only threatened to call the cops cause i asked for her to call her manager
