Positive: Location near 1-39/90. Room was clean. Coffee was ok. Shower was hot. Negative: Marijuana smell in lobby. Mattress too soft. Pillows were lumpy. Towels were dingy and cheap. Washcloths were threadbare. Breakfast was mediocre: my son would not eat the "eggs". No instant oatmeal -- good thing I brought my own.

Spent one night here and was unimpressed. The sign isn't very visible and the outside doesn't look super inviting. There were a couple spots inside that smelled slightly of smoke. Overall appearance was pretty clean but very dated. Bed was clean and comfortable. Desk service was fine. I found a little cockroach in the sink in the morning (not a box elder bug), which I reported to a manager who seemed duly concerned about that. Breakfast was decent. But overall I left with a sense that I wouldn't stay here again.

The ppl at the front desk don't want to do anything except tell you to go book online. Then when you do they come banging on your door and make you try paying again. There were a few decent ones but if you've ever stayed there I'm positive you know who's the worst. She made the whole experience miserable. I kept getting random charges on my account. Rain was coming through the ceiling in a trash can. Don't bother.

They were way pricier them I could have imagined. Lied about not holding a deposit. The room was dirty and when I asked if I could switch I was told no. When I asked about a refund they said I would have to speak with the manager but it's not likely because I had been there for three hours.

The only positive thing was the friendly desk attendant the evening we arrived. The entire facility reeked of what was probably a sanitizer in an attempt to cover odors. Our daughter had to get clean sheets to remake her bed as the sheets had hair on them. The carpet felt as though it was wet (sanitizer?) and I wore shoes the entire time in the room. The beds were very uncomfortable. The grab bar in the tub was missing completely. The water control in the tub/shower was so difficult to pull on I had to have my husband turn/pull it for me. Whoever had attempted to "remodel" the bathroom did a very poor job painting (wall paint on the doors). The vanity front had been cracked and rather than replaced had some kind of block that appeared to be put in place to hold the two pieces of the marble/granite (not sure which) together. Some towels had certainly seen better days, actually being gray rather than white. I refused to make coffee in the in-room coffeemaker as it was obvious it had not been cleaned in some time. My husband ate some of the breakfast items, but I refrained and had only coffee from the buffet.The morning desk attendant, the same person in charge of the breakfast buffet, was not on the friendly side. Before leaving, I called the national number to cancel the reservations previously made for our trip back through WI in October. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

I stay here often for work but it is getting worse as time goes on. I have spent a lot of money over the years here and the younger very rude lady that checks me in is getting worse with an attitude like I'm a problem and the smell of weed is crazy bad. I will probably start staying at a different hotel the rooms are great house keeping is a joke and breakfast is getting bad

I had the worst experience on my Birthday weekend. I made reservations a week ahead of time. I called to see the earliest I could check in being a platinum member. The Manager Wanda gave me a hard time and told me they don’t do early check ins and as she went back and forth about it I asked was there a problem and she replied no. She went ahead and got me checked in to tell me my card declined and I show her that it charged my account. I was charged but just not for my room she charged me for someone else’s room come to find out. I won’t mention their name but that was the reason it put a hold on my account from the hotel. Now she gives me a receipt and I signed thinking nothing of it and about two hours go by and she call up to tell me my payment didn’t go through. From the time I slipped something on and went down stairs she was gone. She waited til her shift was over and the next person at the desk had no idea what was going on. I didn’t receive an apology for charging my card. They told me I had to pay the $80.25 again. I called my bank and they told me the Hotel put a hold on the amount and it’s because she charged me under someone else’s reservation. Mind you it’s my BIRTHDAY but I could’ve repaid and waited for the first charge to go back to my account, but the fact I received no apology for her mistake I was ready to go. I will be calling corporate because as a Manager Wanda should know better. I will also file a police report because it make me feel like she was trying to be slick. Not to mention I stood at the front desk for 20min while the front desk person was doing laundry. Your talking about experience I give them a 0 out of 10. Will not return and my money better go back to my card. Wanda ruined my entire day/weekend because of a simple mistake she didn’t take accountability for. I was not composited nor received an apology for charging my card to someone else’s and I’m a female she charged it to a male room and I was solo. Such a shame Hotel going down due to poor management. I packed up and left and was ticked off…. Never Again
