Simple and efficient check in process. Well maintained lobby and public areas. We stayed in the tower, room was spacious with comfortable beds and sitting chair. Any requests for towels or amenities were filled quickly and accurately. Pool was a little bit of a walk and closed earlier than we are used to, but worked for what our family fine. Biggest shout out goes to the valet team who were always pleasant and personable.

Wonderful historic hotel, nice domes in lobby and restaurant, rooftop pool, tennis court, view, etc, all exceptional. Rooms are very nice. Nice selection of restaurants on site and nearby, great downtown location, very pleased with our stay…

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Battle House! The room was so clean, staff incredibly kind and professional, the restaurants delicious, and we loved the bar! So much to offer and lots of things to do within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Mobile again!

The staff and service are top-notch! Also,the facility is clean, quiet and well maintained. Today is my wife's birthday so I took her for a couples massage and it was awesome.....we will do again soon.

This is a lovely rooftop pool. Palm trees and tropical landscaping, great music, shady pergolas, and a bar create a fun and luxurious atmosphere. There are also a tennis court and two small practice putting greens on the roof.
At the pool there are plenty of chairs, large towels, a large pool with a lane for lap-swimming, a jacuzzi, and a zero-entry kiddie pool (?) with a max depth of 1.5 feet.
The large restroom doubles as a locker room with showers and a dressing area with blow dryers and makeup mirrors. (In the ladies' room. I did not visit the men's.)

I did not use the gym or spa services, but both look very nice. The gym seems well-equipped with a view of the pool. The spa menu lists many services that seem rather pricey ($65 manicure).

I’ve had a few massages here and just had my best! Susan hit all my my tight areas with extra care during my deep tissue massage.
