-××××× Worst Ever i ordered off Uber eats 710pm after driver was waiting 15min at 748 they canceled the order without reason..So I called 3 times NA then I drive there wait 10min for the 2 girls to come from the backroom with there cell phones in hand.
Her reason was there NOT Allowed to answer the phone then she claims there iPad was offline I don't believe her because the app said they were making my order. Anyway once in the store they were out of 2 ice creams and NO Hot Fudge.
I just don't get the Lack of Responsibility as a Chain

The employees on the ice cream side are clearly drunk on the job. Does the ice cream not have labels on it? How is that I can order three double scoops, and exactly ONE, out of SIX of those scoops, was the right ice cream?
Drug test the people working for you. That you could get ICE CREAM this wrong literally boggles the mind.

I came there for a mint chocolate chip shake but what I got was milk straight milk I asked them to remake it and it was still just milk with a mint chocolate chip flavor ..... 1 star cuz that's not how u make a shake I paid like wat 8$ for a milk shake I coulda made my self at home ......

I raced from the other side of town because they close at 10pm. I arrive at 9:56 and they said its 10pm we're closed. I didn't need coffee or anything that needed to be prepared. Just ice cream. No place should be closed before the posted time! They lost a repeat customer!

We went in the morning to get breakfast for my two daughter’s and she had got a new drink with boba from the baskin Robin side my daughter did not like the drink and she told the employees about it but they didn’t under stand and told her to throw it away she came back to tell me and I told her to go back and ask them to make another drink she did and she was very nice they told her she couldn’t and refused to give any refunds and refused to give names.never going back

Look at all the bad reviews. Don't waste your time going here. They make your drink wrong and take your money. They don't want to fix the problem they think they are right when they are not right.

Icecream cake for my sweet, loving, beautiful sister n law. Baskin-Robbins icecream is so good. Think ahaid on a warm day get your cake on the way to the party. Enjoy

Malt!?! Three employees looked at me and then stared at their computer. Not a one had a clue what a malt was including the manager. Who's ever heard of a Baskin Robbins that doesn't have malts?!?
