They’re short staffed, but still managed to get drinks and food out pretty quickly! And I asked the gentlemen for extra pumpkin cream cold foam and be understood the assignment!! Out of all the Starbucks I’ve been to and the amount of times I’ve asked for cold foam this is by far the winner! I also really appreciate how nice they are and the atmosphere is definitely a plus. Great place to study, work or even just relax 🙂

a bunch of hippies with colored hair and nose rings with their guts hanging out from under their shirts gather here and take up all the seats to talk about their socialist utopia. Don't look at them, they will get riled up thinking you are oppressing them. I just want coffee.

On my first trip here it took 25 minutes to receive a plain latte. With all this spare time I couldn't help but notice that the location manager is rude to her employees, and was clearly the reason that the work pace was so sluggish. On my second trip I noticed the same manager was working, and since I didn't have a lot of spare time I ordered a drip coffee. Even thought there were only two customers in front of me, with relatively simple drinks to make, I waited just shy of 17 minutes to get my drink. Unless you plan on sitting down and reading the book you just bought next door this place is not for people on the move.

Went to order a caramel machiato around $5 and the cashier took it upon themselves to tip $10 without asking. Was rude and would roll her eyes any chance. Took advantage of the fact we were obviously tourists. Would have happily given her a tip, but did not like the sly action, when she could have just asked for a tip. We would have tipped anyway. But a heads up for any out of area travellers. Other staff were amazing and extremely nice.

The slowest of drink makers in town. I get it that there are times where they have to train new employees. To wait 20 minutes for a chai latte is beyond crazy to me. This spot of Barnes & Noble is the least busiest of the store… I have it at a 3 star because at least the employees there seem nice and apologetic.

Drinks are good. I wish there were a variety of gluten free pastries and food items outside of small snack packs. This could really being in more business to the cafe
