Bardessono Hotel and Spa - Yountville, California

Didn’t stay at the resort, but apparently all the rooms are set up with various spa related beds, baths, tables, in order to receive treatment in-room.

We did a peptide facial and I’ve never been more relaxed in my life. Skin was glowing and received some of the best and friendliest customer service.

If you’re looking for a high-end and relaxing spa/hotel experience, would highly recommend.

Other than a location, there's nothing good about this hotel. It is priced same as Four Seasons or Stanley Ranch, those are real 5 star hotels, this is a 2 star pretending.

The gym lol, a joke, shed on the roof.

Breakfest, check out the tasty moldy fruit cup that's at least 3-4 days old.

Service - Showed the concierge person the fruit, his response - let me get you another cup... um... another 4 day old one? no thanks.

Went in Dec, it's slow season, there's a total of 5-6 cars there, why you force the stupid valet parking.

Checking in, checking out, no invoice, no mention of surcharge of hotel tax despite the hotel was prepaid. Just a charge on the card, didn't say anything until calling them after to find out what the charge is for.

The restrooms in main building have heated seats😍
Our room was spacious and clean. Outdoor shower was fantastic!
Pool was immaculate and the pool bar had sunscreen gallon pump! I thought this was so great!! Drinks at the pool are served in a metal tumbler to keep beverage nice and cold.
Spa has a cute boutique with nice hats and few cute swimsuits and dresses/ coverups
Hot air balloons launched right near by made for some lovely early morning photos.
Walking distance to great French bakery Bouchons!
We enjoyed having the complementary coffee at the cozy fire pit table in the mornings
Great vantage point for all of our tours!
Would definitely stay here again ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went here for a work related event. Our first time to Napa. This hotel and spa is one of the best in Napa. Laid back nice and clean. All the staff were very friendly. They even gave us a ride to the store for a few items we forget. We're planning our next trip back

Our stay there was very special. Lucy's restaurant on property was delicious.
Views from the pool deck are magnificent. You can walk anywhere in Yountville from the Inn.

Frustrated by the front desk - team gets upset very easily. Great location, rooms are very nice, but the front desk staff will jump down your throat for making even the smallest request. I literally won't stay here again because of how rude they were.

The grounds are very nice and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, the tubs are great. The views from the room leave little to be desired. I think the fence should go all way up, I didn't feel comfortable being myself because of the open access to our room.

The pool area is lovely and we had the best massages, where the hotel falls short is the food. We had filet and it was in a thick gravy, very much like a hamburger steak, the Cheesecake was divine.

The next day we had a salad and hamburger, they were both so dry, and the French fries were hard as rocks.

My wife and I stayed at the Bardessono during our honeymoon and had an amazing experience staying there! Every member of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our suite was clean and spacious with so many luxurious details. It almost made it hard to leave the room to go out for wine tastings! The whole resort provided a sense of privacy and promoted a space to truly relax after a day out at the wineries. We cannot wait to stay at the Bardessono again!
