Came here and absolutely loved it! Sandwiches are super filling I got the grilled pork and a Vietnamese coffee and price is def worth it $13 for everything. Coffee is made just right because it’s not too sweet and I love that because it’s very rich in flavor. I would def recommend to take food to go because it is a bit small inside but other than that the food and atmosphere are definitely worth a try I don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.

Great sandwiches and at an affordable price compared to other local places. Meat was fresh and not didn’t not taste cold. Baguette was also very crispy and warm. Size of the sandwich was much bigger than most places for only $7.50!

Great news Banh Mi spot in the South Bay. Had to try their #14, roasted pork banh mi. This isn't an option you find at most spots in town, but it was well worth the visit. Veggies were super fresh, and the pork itself was a great combo of texture and flavor.

Bread was toasted, with the right mixture of fluffy and crusty. Paris Express is a great addition to the neighborhood for sure.

Definitely can see this being someone else's favorite so I recommend people try it to see, since it's such a high quality and delicious sandwich. Just not my favorite since the main reason I get banh mi is because of pate.

The pate they use seems to be part mayo instead of just pate, which kinda dulls the flavor for me. And personally I don't like too much meat in my sandwich and they really do pack it on. That said, it's a complaint from personal taste and I can see others loving it because of that, especially at the price, which is very fair and generous.

Solid Prices, really friendly. I come by 2 to 3 times a week and could choose any of their sandwiches and be happy.

Very friendly staff, more of an order Togo place than sit down with only 3 small tables, 1 inside and 2 outside.
Food service was very fast, took only 2-3 minutes for a crispy pork belly banh mi sandwich, seemed more like the meats were premade and ready for orders. Unfortunately it was bland in flavor for me. Bread was fresh, soft inside with crunchy outside but not toasted. Pork belly was also cold so the fat chunks were not as tasty and a bit congealed. The pork tasted like it had a thin sweet chili sauce on it as it's seasoning. The white onions were in a moyo sauce to cut their sharp flavor that somewhat dulled the sweet picked veggies.

They don't disappoint. I've tried the house special, the grilled pork, and the crispy pork belly sandwiches. Also, the chocolate and ham & cheese croissants with the 3 layer dessert. It was all delicious. My son's favorite croissant is the chocolate. The ham and cheese croissant was sweet and savory. I look forward to trying the rest of the croissant flavors. The French bread used for the sandwiches was toasted in perfection. I enjoyed all the sandwiches. I highly recommend the grilled pork. And the 3 color dessert was tasty.

Really great place, the banh mi is delicious and made extremely fresh and fast. Owner was extremely nice and showed us what was in the sandwich to see if we would like it (we do!). Affordable and would come again any time.
