I came in for a Thai massage with my family and it was one of the worst massage experiences I've ever had. The therapist assigned to me had no proper technique—just rubbed my body aimlessly the entire time. It felt completely unprofessional and honestly made me very uncomfortable.

I tried to be patient and didn’t ask to switch, thinking it might get better, but it didn’t. After the session, I shared my concerns with the owner, and they told me I could’ve changed therapists mid-session. That’s not a real solution—clients shouldn’t have to manage their own quality control during a service.

What made it even more disappointing is that this massage was a gift from my father on his last day in the U.S. before returning to Korea. It was meant to be a special experience for all of us, but it left us frustrated and upset instead.

They offered me 50% off next time, but I have no intention of returning. I don’t trust the quality of service, and I don't want to waste more time or money.

Very disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a real, professional massage.

My wife and I recently visited Bangkok Thai Spa, and we had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Initially, we were a bit hesitant about paying upfront, but we quickly understood that it was for their safety, which made perfect sense.

The massage itself was fantastic. Unlike other places where the session time includes changing and prep, here, we got a full, uninterrupted hour of relaxation. The therapists were skilled and attentive, ensuring we had a truly rejuvenating experience.

We really wish we had a place like this in Seattle, WA! Since we visit Disneyland regularly, we will definitely make this spa a must-stop on our trips. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional, high-quality Thai massage.

First thing to say is big parking lots. Spa so nice. Clean and very convenient for me. Best thing is early bird special Monday - Thursday before 1or 2pm Not remember. Is $59/hr great service and great price.

This was an extremely unpleasant experience for me. I frequently get Thai massages and was excited to get one here because the facility looked clean however the customer service was horrible. I paid $178 for a BTS signature massage which included Hot Stone therapy. The masseuse was very ginger with his touch and never incorporated the hot stones, stating that the front desk never communicated to him that I wanted that service. When I relayed this to the front desk she merely stated “I told him” and left it there. That is very poor service for which I was not offered a refund, or a discount for next time, or a free 15 minutes to make up for the mistake. This is also the only Thai massage place that required payment PRIOR to my massage and I am assuming it is because they do not want to account for any dissatisfaction the customer may experience that may affect payment and tip. I do not recommend this place, there are several massage places in the area including Elite Thai massage which has much better service and more importantly much better conflict resolution. If you do decide to go here be very upfront with your requests and ask questions about what to expect, if you must pay prior to your massage, you deserve to know what you’re paying for

First time at Bangkok spa. I’m came from long beach to find a good thai healing,my masseuse name molly she has a good strong hands. My body feels so good.

Place clean and very quiet. Parking… so easy to find spots. More convenient in LA.

Wow! Great experience. Very friendly polite staff! Nice ambiance and very clean! Highly recommend. The massage was out if this world. Tom definitely is skilled in knowing the body and muscles.
