We selected the “Bama Lakeside Retreat” for our spring break trip (total of 10 people…6 adults/4 children). We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy spring break away from the crowds you find in the traditional beach communities and the Bama Lakeside Retreat delivered! The house is amazing and provided our family with plenty of space to spread out and would have easily worked for a larger group. The giant pool (heated to 89 degrees) was a hit for our group and even though the weather was highly variable (high temps ranged from the mid-50’s to 80+ degrees) we were able to swim every day and it was even great to use in the evening! The home is very well stocked with everything you can imagine and the kids really enjoyed spending time in the game room (my six year old daughter loved the doll house). The fire pit area is absolutely amazing (with a very powerful personal story behind it) and is a great place to wind down with a few drinks after a fun day in the pool. The propane fire table and big screen TV were pleasant surprises out on the patio that were used daily!

Kim and the rest of the team were incredibility responsive during all aspects of the process (response time within minutes).

Bama Lakeside Review was absolutely wonderful. The area is very quiet and the lake view is beautiful. We had five families with 11 total children and this house fit us perfectly. The pool was spacious enough to accommodate all of the children and the house was large enough that everyone had their own areas to congregate. The children loved the game room and fishing off the dock. The home had everything we needed and then some. Loved, loved, loved every minute of our time spent at Bama Lakeside Retreat and I would highly recommend it to large groups with children.

Despite the challenges of Covid 19 BamaB&B was fantastic to work with! We visited AL for our son's postponed UA graduation 🐘👨‍🎓❤ with a smaller group than we originally planned, so there was PLENTY of room for everyone to spread out! Throughout the reservation process and our stay Kim was very accommodating with all of our questions and responsive to all of our needs. Between the fabulous pool and the lake with kayaks and fishing there was ample recreational activities to satisfy all energy levels for an extended weekend. The highlight of our visit was being able to comfortably host a day of sun, fun and food for our son and his fellow graduates! It truly was a memorable getaway! We will definitely know who to call when we want to return!

We had a great visit to BamaBandB. The Roberts family was delightful and made us feel right at home. The Arabian Nights room was large, comfy and extremely well appointed with good products, robes, snacks etc. Kim gave us great directions & tips on visiting the campus, as well as pointers for dinner. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night due to travel plans so we're not able to utilize pool, lake etc but their outdoor areas are great.

Thank you to Kim and family for their hospitality. Our group had a great time at Bama Bed and Breakfast. We even had a sudden additional change in our group and Kim was very accommodating. Breakfast was great. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool, kayaking in the lake and playing in the game room. We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

We rented the Bama Lakeside Retreat for 3 weeks in February of 2020. The house, amenities, location and service were outstanding. Kim was extremely helpful, communicative and kind. We also opted for their cleaning service over the course of our stay. It exceeded expectations. As a group of property management professionals ourselves, we had nothing but positive sentiments towards our stay. Would certainly stay here again in the future or recommend others.

We recently visited the Tuscaloosa area and stayed three nights at the Bama B & B. We were very satisfied with the accommodations. Kim, Marc and their family are very gracious hosts and made us feel so welcome, comfortable and at home. |||| We stayed in the spacious Bama Guest Quarters. The bathroom is large and well appointed. This suite does not have personal refrigerator and microwave in the room due to the fact that it is used for young families.|||| The breakfasts are delicious. Every day there was a buffet of fruit, eggs, bacon, grits and a house specialty. My girls liked the homemade cinnamon buns the best!|||| This B & B also offers lovely sitting areas for their guests either in the porch or by the pool. There is a game room also.||||This is definitely one of the top ten bed and breakfast homes we have ever stayed at and we would highly recommend it.

We stayed in Bama B&B Lakeside location for a day on our trip through Alabama. It's a wonderful place run by a very nice family. We stayed in Bama guest quarters. It had enough space to accommodate 3 adults and a 12 year old. Breakfast was delicious, the house is big, beautiful and very clean and the lake view is peaceful! |Our stay left us with a warm feeling of being a part of extended family. Definitely a place to stay when visiting Tuscaloosa.|
