Great spot for music and a bite to eat. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We stopped by for a pint and wound up staying the whole evening. There was live music that was mind-blowing. Jazz virtuosos that had all the right licks. We will definitely be back and catch more live shows at this spot. Stoked we found this gem.

I have never written a review before but my experience at the Baltic Kiss last evening was awful. My friends and I came here to support one of the bands playing. We hadn’t eaten dinner, so we decided to get food here instead of going somewhere else in Richmond. Huge mistake. The food was awful. I got the smoked brisket, macaroni, and sweet potatoes. My food was cold when it was served to me. The brisket was dry and unseasoned. The mac and cheese was mushy and dry and tasted like absolutely nothing. The candied sweet potatoes did not taste candied at all. Is this place afraid of seasoning their food? $20 for the most disappointing BBQ I’ve ever had. My friend was served macaroni and cheese in a bowl that had a black string attached to the inside— why are you serving food out of a container that is visibly unclean? Service here was horrible. The waitress told us that their card reader was down and we’d have to pay with cash, and then added a credit card fee to our bill. Why are we being charged a $4 credit card fee when we literally paid with cash? We wanted to ask her to take the fee off, but after taking the cash, she disappeared into the ether and was not seen again. We never received change for our bill. We were overcharged for awful food and given terrible service. If you come here, don’t waste your time on the food. The bar is nice and the ambiance of the place is cool. The bands that play are pretty good. Do Not Eat Here.

A very groovy joint. April the bartender was a doll. Had a local beer she recommended and it was refreshing. Shrimp and grits was lovely. Wish I would have discovered the basement but totally forgot about it due to the good 80's bands that were playing. Fun spot

This place is a grade a gem tucked into point Richmond. The owners are wonderful and know how to have the best time and provide that for the customers. From the artsy decor that draws your eye to every mysterious corner, to the spectacular food to the epic live music!! And long live karaoke at the kiss!!!

Awesome spot and great staff. Killer Cajun grub. Wonderful live music room (pro soundboard/lights and fog)...and the best set up for karaoke in the East Bay, if the the entire Bay.

Loved the Halloween decorations and the haunted house downstairs. Had bbq chicken and brisket very tender it was ok. We enjoyed the live band. Nice place to visit we would go again when we don't feel like traveling to Oakland for bbq.
