I’ve been a member for months now and I’m loving every moment of it! From friendly staffs to the relaxing ambiance and complimentary drinks, this day spa has everything you need for “self-care”. I usually get the aromatherapy massages and microdermabrasion facials. Jannel gives heavenly massages and Evelyn is my go-to for facials, both very knowledgeable and friendly! I always leave this place feeling refreshed and relaxed.

When did facials stop incorporating upper arm and shoulder massages A 2 min neck "massage" was done but it wasn't relaxing or a massage. Was left in the room to let a paper mask sit, but that could have been used for the missing massage time I thought I would be getting. Overall pretty disappointed. Guess that's why they were on Groupon.

Just enjoyed my signature hydration facial with an add on. My face feels great and my fine lines have diminished. Sat in the sauna prior to my facial. That was wonderful. Always enjoy my visits. Great staff and such a cosy place. A little gem hidden in Chula Vista.

I love the Balensi membership. The spa is very relaxing with a nice vibe and decor. Karla is great! I have learned I can't miss my massage or my body tells me about it. All staff are very friendly.

Another great day at Balensi Spa because of their amazing staff. What an incredible experience with Catherine, my massage therapist who constantly makes me feel so relaxed and calm during my massage session was so helpful and caring to me. She made my morning so good that she had me ready for the day. Looking forward to seeing her on my next visit.
