I came here 2 times during the week and ordered tacos and both times someone forgot sour cream. I came again now to order something else and I asked the girl at the drive to thru If There's Anything She Can Accommodate me. Not even the offer to purchase new tacos and free sour cream. Not to mention she had to ask me my order 3 times. Gave her my order at the driver thru speaker, pulled up she asked me my order again, I asked her if she can accommodate me for the sour cream that you guys forgot and she forgot my order again and had to repeat myself for the 3rd time. I always eat here but lately it been bad enough to come give a 1 star 🌟

Haven't been here in a while since the food went downhill. We went again on 12-7-24 in the evening and the taco meat was dry and tasted old. Spit it out and threw it out. The combination burrito was dry because the beans tasted like they've been sitting. We Keep trying to give our family favorite a chance but it still seems to dissapoint. They need to pay attention to roation of their food and throw out whats been sitting and make fresh food no matter what time it is. Place is still horrible. Get your stuff together and hire new management if they can't figure out what customers are complaining about. I know it's a family business so hire a new cousin or aunt to run it or something. Someone that has ambition.

I ordered a couple of original crispy tacos with meat and cheese only(because that is the way I prefer to eat them). When I got home with the drive thru order, I was quite disappointed. The tacos had a little bit of meat in them - but the tiny sprinkling of cheese was almost undetectable and the shell was 80% empty. It was ridiculous! I have ordered my tacos(meat & cheese only) from every fast food restaurant in this immediate area and while some are better than others - this was simply unacceptable. I have had tacos from other Baker's locations that were very good. I simply will NOT be visiting this location again!
p.s. I won't go into the problem we had with the homeless begging at the drive thru window - I realize that is an issue at many places.

Lorena is a delight to speak to. I was given the appropriate amount of sauce and napkins needed for my burrito and tots. Everything was made to order and was delicious.

Ordered: Power Burrito & Tots

ETA: Sometimes it takes a little longer. The food is always freshly made so I can't complain.

Coming to bakers since I was a kid , getting worse, hamburger meat was thin and and the favor not there any more , had cheese fries and they only put a little speck of cheese. This is my last time coming to Bakers. Sad

I'm not going to lie. It's been a while since I've been to Bakers. (Dietary reasons) What happened to the burritos... the tortillas used are not very good... other than that, drive thru still takes a while, but food it still good. Please bring back the original tortillas.

We waited 20-min inside for 1 burger, 1 burrito and fries. With no one else in the place. Burger was cold. SMH
