We had a rather diturbing experience at this place.
We paid cash so you need to give them a $250 deposit that you obviously get back once you checkout at 11:00 am.
While we were sleeping at 9:00 am (2 hours before the checkout time) a man from the hotel knocked at the door and without waiting answer he came in the room and instead of leaving immediatly after an apology he stayed there telling us that we had to check out later and other nonsense while my female friend and i were still in bed! Thats unacceptable, cant recommend this hotel at all.
The receptionists were very nice though.

I recently stayed at Baechtel Creek Inn and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The highlight of my stay was the incredible service provided by Laura. She was working so hard, handling everything with such grace and efficiency, all while keeping a big smile on her face the entire time. It was clear that she was dedicated to making sure every guest had a wonderful experience. Laura went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and her positive attitude truly made a difference. She is a true gem and deserves a raise for all her hard work! I highly recommend staying at Baechtel Creek Inn—you won't be disappointed. Thanks, Laura, for making my stay so memorable!

Hidden gem! Very inviting setting and landscape. Quaint, peaceful, comfortable. Clean! Relaxing outdoor space. Very friendly helpful staff! Laura was wonderful! Much more relaxing then a large complex of rooms. Comfortable mattress. Large bath vanity area. Good breakfast with healthy options. Conveniently located to small restaurants and fast food. Highly recommend!

Our group had 24 rooms and everyone was very happy with the clean and quiet accommodations! Pool was nice. We set up a private outdoor, creekside dinner and wine event. It was very quaint! Jan provided a nice breakfast in the morning. Overall good experience.

We were on the bottom floor. They have a pool but we’re so busy we didn’t go in. The room I feel was very clean. The sheets felt good and the beds were neatly kept. The floor was clean the towels were stocked. I didn’t remember seeing tissues for my nose near the bed. I’m not sure if I found any near the vanity. They had a working refrigerator and microwave. The tv, I don’t think we watched. All of the lights worked. I could park in front of my room👍. They have a breakfast that was less than what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. But it was a quick bit the hit the pavement because you are in the “Gateway to the Redwoods”.

I’ve stayed twice at this hotel. They have two separate buildings. I recommend the building on the south side. The other hasn’t been updated. The south side building is newly renovated with comfortable beds and nice finishes in the room.

Very quaint hotel with the a private pool and outdoor private creekside area perfect for a small group dinner. Make sure to ask for Jan she makes you feel like family! She went above and beyond to make our dinner& wine event a success!

What a nice stay. This is obviously not a luxury hotel but simply an inn in this small town. Our host Laura, who checked us in was lovely, very friendly and informative. We enjoyed our stay much more than we anticipated. The rooms look to have recently been updated and they did a great job. All of the amenities we could have asked for from toiletries to a coffee maker with Starbucks coffee, a microwave, a refrigerator and even a robe. The location is desirable in that it sits just off the main street which is not so noisy and is walking distance to many eateries. Also included breakfast.
