I needed two nights of “cheap” lodging in Sedona. Baby Quail fit the bill. Although they were supposed to send me the code for room entry at 1 pm on my check in day, I never received it. I phoned at 3 pm when I was close to arriving, and the woman said it had been sent which was a lie. Then she said, “Please recheck your email.” There it was—time stamped a second earlier. ||When I arrived, I had no problem finding room 9 on the second floor which is at the end and has a beautiful view. During my stay the inn was amazingly quiet, and that was despite a parking lot filled to capacity. The bed and linens were comfortable. My room had a microwave and refrigerator (very helpful for this trip). There was plentiful hot water, and I never saw a bug. ||If you are seeking luxury accommodations, obviously you are not going to book here. But for budget travelers who want a convenient location (Whole Foods is steps away and another natural foods market is a short walk down the main highway) I think you will be satisfied with Baby Quail.

You’re better off sleeping in the car! Not only is this “Inn” grossly overpriced, the pungent smell, horrific water pressure and temperature fluctuations going from scolding hot to frigid cold, leave you not only questioning the internet, but your life choices. Would not recommend and would not go back. The two rooms we booked came no where near the $500+ price we paid for one night. If you’re looking for subpar accommodations, awful smells of rotting fish coming from the restrooms, being able to hear everyone’s conversations from the rooms surrounding you (which will keep you up until 3am) then this is the place for you. Otherwise, find elsewhere.

I like this hotel it’s in a quiet location and the rooms are simple with a big screen tv and Roku. The internet is great and fast. I was placed in upstairs room but that’s ok because I only had a backpack and my MacBook. You’re right around the corner from some great restaurants and tourist things. I recommend a stay here.

Great location, comfortable beds, very simple place & clean. Initial issue was it smelled like pinesol & made me nauseous. But we ran the fan & the smell improved. They have a coffee maker in the room, but only provided decaf coffee. Overall very happy & would stay here again.

Location is perfect, and right in between both parts of Sedona, even better, right across the street from Whole Foods! Room was super clean, smelt immaculate, even after day, three of no housekeeping. Bed was so comfortable, and pillows. Remote check in which is perfect, and staff answers texts and calls very quickly. Very accommodating, as she let me check in when room was ready, at two. Highly recommend.

If you come in with the mindset of Motel 6 then you shouldn’t have anything to complain about. This is a no frills motel that has a good price point for the area. Yes the rooms are in desperate need of a refresh but if you are only here for one night it should be just fine. I personally would only choose this place as a sleepover .. if I wanted to really enjoy Sedona then I would splurge and go somewhere else. For us we were a late arrival early out traveler so it worked for us
