First visit ever here, attended their Valentine's event which happened to be on my birthday. Awesome birthday gift for myself (and/or someone else)! Walked out with some Botox and new lips. The staff and doctor are friendly, knowledgeable and downright awesome! The waiting room is beautiful and the strawberry flavored water was refreshing. I will definitely be coming back when the squiggly lines start showing again or I want to treat myself to another service. Highly recommend!! #bestbirthdayever

I'm incredibly disappointed and frustrated by my experience earlier this month at Azia Medical Spa. I am posting here on Google since my message by email was never acknowledged.

I had a 1:30 PM appointment for Dysport & filler, but unfortunately was never seen. There were multiple women in the waiting room who had been waiting longer than I. The woman to my left had an appointment scheduled for 12:30 PM, but wasn't seen until 2:15 PM. She was the last woman who was seen before the rest of us were told that the injector was too backed up, and she had to leave anyway.

When I asked the receptionist how this happened, she noted that the pharmaceutical sales representative came by and was one of the reasons why the schedule became so clogged. I have 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical & medical device sales industry...if your rep is impacting your business & your clients to this extent, you have a bad rep. There is no instance where the presence of a pharmaceutical representative should force the cancellation of clients.

Waiting over an hour, then being told my appointment has to be cancelled, is entirely unacceptable. I understand that things go sideways and issues come up that cause delays, but if your receptionists knew that the schedule was beginning to be backed up & the injector had a hard-stop at 2 PM, I should have been contacted prior to my appointment to save the drive out.

All this being said, I have thoroughly enjoyed my hydrafacials performed by Madison. She has worked thoroughly with me over the course of the last year to get my skincare on track, and each time I leave an appointment with her my skin looks fantastic- right up until I see her again. She is kind, funny, professional, and an amazing esthetician.

10/10 for Madison, but I'm incredibly disappointed in my experience outside my hydrafacials.

I am in love with Azia Med Spa!
It’s a bit of a drive for me, I live in homewood but it is so worth the drive. Every time I go I have a VERY pleasant experience. The staff makes you feel welcome and they are all SO nice! I would 10000% recommend.

I love Azia Medical Spa!
Everyone was so nice! The technicians explained my services before and what to expect afterwards. They are very caring and want to make sure I was comfortable before and all during my visit.
It was so nice to have customer service at its best. I will be returning, and recommending my friends to them.
