If we have the option to stay in an Ayres, we always do so. The Chino Hills location was no exception. Exceptionally clean, well-designed rooms. Incredible staff in every interaction. Great pool area and breakfast. Within walking distance of plenty of restaurants as well and only a short drive from the Ontario Airport. Absolutely the best affordable hotel chain.

Great value. Hidden Gem. Although the location is strange.
Near ONT airport.
There’s a half built replica of an Egyptian building in the same plaza.
Cute citrus orchard with sweet fruits in the patio.
Breakfast is surprisingly pretty good. Wish they had option for dinner service too.
Interior decor is modern.
Pool is cleaned daily but a bit small

Very nice hotel. We stayed here a week for my daughter’s wedding nearby. We also had all the wedding guests stay here. We used the bridal lounge to get ready, which was very nice. I love the outdoor courtyard and definitely recommend having a first floor room that opens out onto it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good, which nice variety.

Overall, we had a nice stay. It's close to a lot of restaurants and the room was clean. We especially liked the separate counter for the coffee bar and the room was quite spacious.
The food offered during breakfast is ok - the waffles were the best part. There's a Corner Bakery nearby if other breakfast food is desired.

Everything was fabulous except for the wifi access in our room. The room was great, comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and professional. Breakfast had good variety and quality. The only problem we had was that we had great difficulty accessing the wifi in our room and when we did manage to get in it would cut out quickly.

We stayed 5 nights while visiting home again. We love staying here as the rooms are always cleaned to our expectations, which is our most important criteria for a hotel. They keep their facility up immaculately and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel, and the foyer is cozy and always smells amazing like candles. We plan to stay here and only here every year when we come back to SoCal.

Amazing stay. The hotel is nice and clean, they have on site security for the parking lot, the room was clean and fresh, and the complimentary breakfast was amazing! Amazing help with the staff whenever I had a question, check in and check out was a breeze. Will definitely be staying here when I’m back in the area. 10/10.
Also, great selection of channels on their TV. I was able to catch great movies and Sunday morning football.

I stayed here for a week while I had to do some work at the nearby prison. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows, which look like normal pillows, but go flat when you lay on them. Otherwise everything about this place was perfect. The staff was a huge help with everything I needed, from laundry to change for tips to accommodating my changing schedule, they were all really nice and I appreciated it. The room was incredibly clean every day, as if I was the first one to stay in the room. Lots of parking close to the rooms, easy access from the freeway, fast WiFi, great breakfast, I really can't think of one thing to complain about. I'll stay here again if I have to come to Chino again, for sure. I'll bring my own pillow, but that's a small price to pay for an otherwise perfect place.
