We had the aspire room. It was very clean and romantic. It’s plenty of food places around. Lori at the front desk was nice. Definitely a vibe.. the jacuzzi was really big. We will be back to try a different room.

I love this hotel, the top 5 I've been to in my life! Very different, perfect balance of sexy and luxurious! We stayed in the Lush room which was two levels. We have nothing like this in Missouri and it is now a problem for me my wife and I can't wait to go back we went for our anniversary and they set us up with a cake, chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. So many amenities in the room definitely put you in a romantic mood!

Our room was clean but had a very strange smell possibly from previous water damage. It also had a smell of cigarette smoke that someone tried covering up. Smell is a really important in ambiance. So this was a bit of a turn off. Otherwise it was okay.

The room here was overall beautiful for the looks but me and my friend both had separate rooms same set up on Valentine’s Day , we both had the hut tub room on the bottom floor after being in the room me and her both had gotten very sick we went to the doctor thinking maybe pregnancy or something else instead got the news that we had a infection attacking our white blood cells after being in the hot tub here. Not sure if maybe they were so busy they didn’t take there proper cleaning procedures but fighting off an infections attacking my body definitely not worth being on antibiotics and sick missing work.

I have been a member for a few years already the last two times I have been here I have been extremely disappointed.

One of the last times I went I had the room the room was not completely clean it had gum on a promotional flyer and I asked room service to come clean it. I was disgusted but I spent over 200. For that room that day.

And the second time which was 1/172025 I called to reserve a room from 1/26/25 bc I received an email about selective rooms being 99.00 I made the reservation online but to make sure I was getting the promotion I called (bc you can also enter it in the comment section)
I had called and asked for the reservation the woman I spoke to didn’t believe that I had an email with an CODE for this discount.
She looked it up herself and found it. She told me that the 6pm reservation I will not get the 99. Special bc it has to be before 6pm. So I said I’ll take the 4pm for the $99.00

So on Sunday, 1/26/2025 I went to the location so I can enter my room at 4 o’clock. The gentleman in the front told me that the woman had never been booked me for that time and she only booked for 6 PM. He also told me that she didn’t place it in the reservation But then again he said that she did give me the reservation but at 159.00 for four hours. so I have two people telling me two different things, but then the gentleman contradict himself. first you said that the girl didn’t make the reservation and then he said that that she did make the reservation but at $159 at $99 He tried to make it right by giving Me the room I was promised and gave us two bottles of water, but I was so upset at this Point. I pay a membership and I visit pretty often with my significant other. I feel alive. Customer service should be at Better have people explain more or if there’s an issue call the customer back and tell them. just very unprofessional and I’m not happy at the moment.

Edit: I received a phone call from the manager Lawrence, he was very nice and extremely helpful. He helped resolve my issue immediately after speaking with him. I will definitely be back soon. Thank you so much Lawrence.

Went here for my birthday and really had a wonderful time. I ordered the birthday package, which came with balloons, champagne, and a small cake. It was a nice added touch for the money I paid. The hot tub in the room wasn't working. The staff came to my room twice to try to fix it, and they weren't able to. I was a little disappointed They ended up refunding 50% of my money without me even asking for it. I'll definitely be visiting again.

Went online to book for my 2nd wedding anniversary...I took off of work and everything. Paid the $100 level membership fee (which was later refunded) and was told I didn't meet their standards (after sending a picture of my ID- hmmmm ok) i have no violent criminal record...my credit nor income was requested so what are these mysterious "standards"? They lost a customer that would patronize AT LEAST 8-12 times per year.
