Took my car here today. Got the 22.00 ceramic wash. Tipped the boys working 10 to make sure they got the dirt of the tail end. Well that was all a waste of money. Went back cause it didn't get cleaned. Was told it won't come off. I wiped it off right in front of the guy with my finger. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. YOU WILL NOT HAVE A CLEAN CAR AND THEY DONT CARE AT ALL!!!!!

This place used to be good but now it's went down hill. Their vacuums don't pick up like they used to and the actual wash doesn't clean your vehicle. I had to stop off at another car wash just to reclean everything. I definitely will not return to this location.

When they first open they were great ! But has gone down hill . The vacuums hardly work. We pay $60 a month for both of our vehicles!!!
We went thru today, as I am on the way to a dentist appointment, and we were in my new car and some kind of film was all over it plus it was soapy. It didn’t rinse off anything. We had to go to another car wash and pay another $15 to get it off and by the way…it didn’t come off. Because of this when we were on our way back ( which was only 25 min) we stopped to cancel our memberships and there wasn’t anyone there and the lanes were closed. I’m so disappointed !

Great all in one stop. They offer free vacuums that have really long hoses and this location has a free car mat washing station which is nice. I don’t pay for a membership and only do one time purchases but my car always comes out looking good. I usually spend about 40 minutes here vacuuming my whole truck and washing the mats then going through the wash.

The Wood River Auto Spa uses way to much soap on the vehicles. My car comes out with soap dripping off of it. I called the phone number listed and no one answers. I paid for a 1 year car wash package.

Fix yall vacuums they don't suck up anything. I tried to vacuum and had to go elsewhere because the vacuums seemed if they had no suction

Love the car wash ! But the little vending machines don’t work outside with towels ect and the bug cleaner doesn’t especially help clean bugs off the water in the bucket with brush smells horrible .. I had blu rags caught into my tail light covers from the hanging rags ..
