Do not go here for waxing. First, the room they had me in was very dirty. There was leftover body hair from someone else on the wall.
I went in for an eyebrow and lip wax.
I left with wax all over my face. She went over certain areas too many times and tore some of my skin off. Now I’m hoping that it doesn’t scar. And after all of this, my eyebrows were not even shaped/waxed fully. But I was in so much pain I just wanted to get out of there at this point. I went home and had to get the wax off with coconut oil. It was all over my cheek and forehead coming from her fingers that had wax on them. She was blowing on the wax to cool it off which doesn’t make sense to me. Why not just put the wax warmer to a lower setting so that it doesn’t burn someone’s skin?
I really hope my skin heals because there is a big patch that was ripped off right above my lip. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Oh and they use a towel warmer, which she used a hot towel in attempt to get some of the wax off of my skin and then she put the used towel back in the warmer to be used for someone else. This is very unsanitary. And it makes me wonder if that towel was used on someone else’s body before she used it on my face. Gross.
Educate your workers on better practices and proper sanitation. I could’ve done a better job myself.

I swear I had the worst back pain before I came in here. I could barely drive or sit down and it hurt to put on my pants and it even hurt to walk. Got a deep tissue massage here and she went at it. 2 days later I have never felt better

I did a 30 minute deep tissue massage as I was experiencing a lot of lower back stiffness from the past few days. and Donna was very friendly from the get go and was very gentle with me during the entire session. The place is very clean and relaxing. The massage was effective and it helped to relieve a lot of tightness I was having. I will most definitely make a return visit!

Milda is amazing! I've tried different lash artists from all over the western suburbs and she is hands down the best. She actually cares about your lashes and goes above and beyond. Her work is phenomenal and they're super light and feathery. She really listens and gives you just what you want.

Love it hospitality is wonderful. The lash lady OMG adorable and does wonderful work on the lash. The area is by a liquor store which was unexpected and you could totally miss it if you're not paying attention. The business is clean and has a home style feel. Staff is wonderful and kind just hard to understand them because of the accent which could be an issue if you aren't open to other cultures and languages. But all in all it relaxing, calming and serene when you are there.

Milda did my eyelash extensions and I already made my follow up appointment for a fill because she was so nice and did a wonderful job. I am very satisfied and recommend this spa for anyone looking for an awesome place with awesome service this is the salon to go to not to mention they offer every service in the book😉👍🏼☺️
