Very professional! Nice and relaxing I will definitely be a return customer! I feel so much better cannot wait for my next appointment I did the colon hydrotherapy it was my very first time doing this I've only had one treatment and I can already tell the difference in my bloating! Reasonable price very friendly staff! I was nervous but they made me feel very comfortable I will definitely be returning thank you so much for being professional and the good experience! I would recommend this to anyone!

I had my appointment this morning 1/20/25. I had my very first colonic done. Kim was the one that helped me and walked me through everything. She was super sweet and answered my questions. It’s very private and makes you feel comfortable. Once the water starts she will leave you by yourself and then after 5 mins come back and check on you. Unfortunately when we got started with the water I go super bad cramps that made me super sweaty hot and sick to my stomach. Keep in mind that I haven’t been able to go for almost 3 weeks now. So my situation is different than others. I turned the water off for a second as she said sometimes when people get cramps it can be a little too much so stop for a second and go again. I tried that but still was too much for me. I pressed the button to have Kim come back in to let her know I don’t think I’ll be able to do this. She totally understood and treated me super kind even though I couldn’t do it. She told me where everything was to clean up and come out when I was done. I still paid the full amount as this was on me and not them. They did their job I just couldn’t handle it. I ended up coming home and had to go to the bathroom right away. The amount of stuff coming out is insane. I wish I could have stood the cramps as I could only imagine how much more is in there that needs to come out. I would definitely recommend this place and Kim for your colonics. Other ladies are super sweet kind and make you feel very comfortable and welcomed. Thank you Kim for helping me and being patient with me. Hopefully I’ll be able to try this again soon.

I had several friends recommend hyperbaric oxygen therapy- living in Auburn I was so happy to find Auburn Total Health that offers this service. I did a session before & after my last marathon and felt it made a huge difference in my recovery and performance. Presently, I am preparing for surgery and my surgeon recommended 2 sessions before and 4 sessions post surgery to aid in my recovery and healing. I was able to schedule all my appointments easily online and Kim the staff at ATH are just so professional but friendly- always on time for my appointments. The therapy is very relaxing and something I look forward to doing and I feel fantastic.

We need more places like this! I want to do all the things! So far I have experienced the colonic system. This was my first time using an open system. I was a little skeptical at first, but I have to say it was wonderful! I feel so much better after my 2 colonics. I am less bloated, my skin feels hydrated, and my bowel movements are regular. I highly recommend getting on a maintenance program to take care of yourself while you are healthy, don't wait until you are unwell.

My lower back, shoulders and hamstrings were so tight that I couldn’t wait to see Amy! The appointment was fantastic from start to end. The imaging was super helpful and helped Amy and I identify exactly where my problem areas are/were. PEMF machine was an amazing feeling - the pulsating was dispersed the -ions, wow. A few adjustments, stretches, lengthening, discussion about Magnesium deficiency, my range of motion and loosening of my hips and I was feeling SO much better! Highly recommend seeing Amy and getting your body adjusted and back in order!

When I first saw Amy for pain in my left knee/leg, I thought I would need another cortisone shot. Amy did a great job of treating my pain and worked on my lower back as well. After 2 visits I am pain free in both places. Very personable and professional service!
