The property is dated. The room and beds are comfortable, but they should be much better for the price. The bathroom is huge, with a tub and a shower. However, there was no light in the shower. The grounds are well maintained. I did not eat at any of the on-site restaurants. I guess I expected more from the place. It's pretty, but it needs to come into 2025.

Very nice room/view and very pretty and peaceful location! The food was good too (chicken sandwich). But all of my stars are for the ***** service ***** ! I had only a one night stay and an unexpected complication on my trip during which I had to leave my car. The staff were incredibly patient and understanding, handling my keys and helping me coordinate with the carrier to ship my car back. Their support has made this so much easier. Personal and thoughtful service all around 🙂

I booked a stay for Valentine's Day for my wife and I and we both loved it. The room was very nice. Room service was fast. Also the indoor pool area was very nice and clean and the pool was heated.
Unfortunately our overnight stay didn't afford us enough time to fully experience and enjoy all the place had to offer, however we will be returning in the future to do so. I definitely recommend.

Great ambiance and friendly staff. We were just passing through and booked it because it was the same price as the hotels along the interstate. We are glad we did. It has a beautiful courtyard with a large pool. S'mores are served in the evening. Great place for young kids. The breakfast was excellent too. We didn't play golf but will be back and bring our clubs.

The Mother’s Day brunch was horrible. My nephew graduated from Auburn yesterday and the only reservation available in the area after graduation was at the Southern Oak Restaurant partnered with Robert Trent Jones.

A menu feature that we were anticipating was the prime rib and there was not any left. Instead, there were overcooked ribeyes. How do you run out of prime rib for a special event like Mother’s Day when you have a reservation count?

I was embarrassed at the low quality of the brunch, especially at $85/person. The only things positive about the brunch was the attention from the waitress and the complimentary mimosa. Do not waste your time here, you will be disappointed.

It has became a kennel for dogs. The rooms are not cleaned regularly and some of the rooms are really nasty (lower level), smell like mold. Maids were outside openly talking bad about management. Just so many problems. When I contacted management, they didn’t help at all. This place used to be amazing, but has really declined over time. There are a lot of good people who work here, don’t get me wrong, but management is not doing their job. Would be great if they would refocus on their customers and clean this place up.

Grat facility. It's a very nice resort-golf, tennis, pickle ball, swimming pools (in and out), bikes available, activities for family and kids. Daily activities list. Great breakfast selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was lovely, but unfortunately our room was dirty. Upon check in , there was Hair, dust and dirt on bathroom floor and in shower left by previous occupant. Requested housekeeping service three times before it was cleaned up. Outside terrace was dirty and unswept. We had NO housekeeping on our last day. We were out all day, came back around 5:00 pm to find used towels still on floor, no fresh towels, no tissue paper, bed unmade.Never experienced anything like this.
