The appearance worried me but this is actually a nice place. The sole receptionist accepted our 2am request for a room. Room is a bit small and bare bones but it's perfect for sleeping. There's a TV, microwave and refrigerator too. The bed was massive and comfortable. The bathrooms arent private but it's okay. I highly recommend it for people needing a clean little place to crash.

The lady who runs this places is incredibly sweet. My flight arrived late and she stayed there an extra two hours until I arrived, and was incredibly kind the entire time. If you're someone who wants to support a family business run by good people, this place is great.

This hotel does not offer the rooms that are advertised in the photos. They tried to give us a room with cots and not the beds indicated. The front of the building was boarded up. There was a man walking in the hallway in his underwear. This hotel does not feel safe. I would not recommend staying here.

There is no declared washing machine. There is no hot water for a week. Suddenly the alarm system starts working at night and pokes out the ears. A magical house, but not for spending the night

So I made a reservation on booking because I saw that a bed was for something like 10$ for a night. Once my booking was completed and confirmed I booked my flight (I had a layover in SFO for 10 hours). Then I received a message tellement me they made a mistake and that I can either cancel my reservation or pay 10x the price …

Very clean, and very safe. Secure building rooms on 2nd floor with locked entrance to building. Very nice staff, and cheap prices.

Very safe place.. Stayed there for a month. It is a little expensive for what you get.. But its clean.. I am now staying at another motel in millbrae and i already am finding little ants running around.. This hotel was surprisingly clean.. Lower the price to 1200 a month and boom.. Would be the best.. Now its 1450. :/

For a shared facilities place it's the best it can be. Everything is clean and in working order. There are coin-op washing machines available. Also, the most friendly staff ever.
