We spent 3 nights here evacuating from Hurricane Milton. Dana was amazing and very accommodating. The grounds were clean, there was a guy on a golf cart sweeping every AM. The pool was great and clean. One gentleman went and bought a ball for the kids to play basketball. (Sorry didn't get his name) The rooms were clean, comfy beds and plenty of towels! No one griping at you about conserving power! Only negative was the mold smell in the room. Need charcoal filters! Hot coffee plenty of water. Would have been nice to have a few more breakfast selections, like fresh fruit, bananas, oranges. Etc. Otherwise this place was a WIN! You better keep Dana! Again she was the best!

This is my place to stay when I come to Pensacola.Two weeks ago I spent 10 beautiful days here. I feel perfectly safe and it is very quiet at night and peaceful. Hats off to those who clean and keep the rooms up.They do a wonderful job never had to ask for towels they would periodically bring more. My room was clean and had a beautiful smell the minute you open the door I am use to a nice place and nice friendly people well you can find that here. Ms. Ebonee is a jewel I looked forward to seeing and talking with her each night I returned from my conference. I missed her on her days off. She was so much help to me she really knows the business. This is my place away from home I will be booking my women’s conference stay very soon. Thanks to every worker for all you do.

Nothing too Over the top or Grand about the physical hotel. But the Customer Service puts everything over the top! Kaiser, Frank, Mrs. Michelle, even the maintenance guys Were such wonderful people! I’ve stopped by this location multiple times when Kaiser was working by his self and he is one of the sweetest, respectable, just helpful young man I’ve ever met. He really made the stay worthwhile. Also, Frank and the two women who worked the front desk During the day/ mornings are hilarious, super sweet and helpful. Keep up the good work and thank you guys so much for making me and my family feel safe and welcomed!! How about two or three incidents…………….with some crazy housekeeper lady just constantly making snide comments and harassing us, but outside of that I have zero complaints.

I have loved my experience here at At Home Inn. The rooms are clean, there are no roaches or bed bugs, they have a nice pool, and great customer service. I would recommend staying here 110%. Special thanks to Kaiser and Ebonee for their welcoming smiles and friendly nature. Thank you.

We are staying due to evacuating hurricame Milton. So impressed with cleanliness and amenities, really feel "at home". Most impressive is staff. Dana at front desk can't do enough for us. She is a rock star of service. The housekeeping staff is thorough, polite and accommodating. We recommend this motel to anyone. Price, location, accommidation, but most important: staff. Thank you!

I went on a trip with the kids before they started school.we picked this place because of the pool and outdoor grilling area. When arriving to the room,I was surprised to see, I had a full fridge w freezer. The kids loved the full size tub. Clean and comfy place to stay. However I did wait a whole week for my deposit to return,only to find out my deposit was never refunded.Thanks to Kaiser, for addressing the issue.

Average room, musky smell and outdated. Entrance door to the room was dented and difficult to open lamp bases and table were rusty place just felt neglected. Room was generally clean but wouldn’t return for the price it’s best to pay a bit more elsewhere for a more comfortable night.

Michelle, Dana, and Cornelia were exceptionally nice, friendly, and very helpful!!! I have traveled all over the world and this staff was the best staff I have ever met The rooms were modern and well furnished and I wouldn't mind living here!!
